Buried on page was info about 2am close nightclub attached… and it was LOUD. I did not see that info, it needs to be made more plain to see. I was not using parking so felt no need to go to the “about” tab. I know this was my fault, didn’t try to get a refund… I didn’t even stay there… I booked another hotel, and left by 11:15pm having not even used the bed.

The karaoke in the lobby was fun and worth it.

This was by far the cleanest room I have stayed in for years it was amazing.bed and pillows so comfortable I wanted to stay longer.happy day

The room was immaculate, beds were very comfy, shower was excellent with plenty of hot water, would definitely stay again

Pre warned about noise . Stayed sat night . Music till 2 in the morning . Earplugs muffle the noise . Dont expect to sleep . Security charge 200 dollars .if you need a hairdryer arrange before 2 pm . Otherwise 10/10

The room was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend earplugs, as stated the hotel is above a busy bar and nightclub which is open until 2am. And you will hear it! The hotel ‘reception’ (if you can call it that) is in the bar itself, so when arriving in the evening with your suitcase bear in mind you have to trundle everything through it. I waited around 20minutes to get checked in as they were favouring the bar over the reception (a tiny spot at the end of the bar) so the more people who wanted drinks, the longer I waited.

Friendly staff in a central area. A little noisy at closing time but earplugs were supplied.

Convenient location. Room itself clean and bed comfortable. Good water pressure in shower. We stayed on a Saturday night and could hear the noise from below nightclub, but there is forewarning re this.

very clean and tidy, lovely staff. was unable to get through to them for a late check in, phone kept ringing out - the website said reception was staffed at the time I called. Parking was a little tricky to get to for someone who had never been there before. however, all the staff were very helpful

It was in the centre of town, great restaurants around, near the beach and entertainment centre, just what we needed!

What i did not like was being charged extra $40 dollars for extra night and was not told when paying by card

Rooms above a nightclub, probably would skip next time.

$200 dollar deposit for a room that is not excellent, and only the second time I have paid a deposit

We travelled to Wollongong for a 50th birthday party so only used the room to sleep . For the money it was reasonable , the bed was very comfortable , room very clean and bathroom fine . Private car park behind which was convenient and we likes the separate entrance to the rooms rather than having to go through the pub .
