Heart Hotel and Gallery Whitsundays

The location is very great as it’s at the heart of main street. Cozy room, simplicity but chic. Nice interior. Yet the room is really too small even just for two people.

Modern, clean and excellent location. Would definitely stay again at the Heart Hotel and Gallery, Airlie Beach.

The property was very clean and staff very helpful the down side of the property was the funfair outside of our room which we have no information on when booking our stay. So we couldn’t use the balcony to sit out or have the doors or windows open due to the loud music.

Was not advised there was major construction directly below my room. Heavy construction Equipment started at 6.20am and continued all day. I complained to staff each day and through an online message but no remediation steps were taken. No discount or room change was offered. The room advertised as ocean view opened directly onto the busy car park. Very poor value for money

Room's are extremely small, no milk, coffee machine was dirty

No on site parking, have to pay for parking in public parking, car park not secure.

It was an average hotel situated in a good spot.

Central location. No real dramas. The lady at reception today, needs to find some common courtesy and a little respect toward us the customer. Were all the same in life. No one is, better than anyone else. Without customers she wouldnt have a job. Even if she did own the place, which I doubt.

Our stay was great it’s close to absolutely everything The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable

The location was great, the sound from the street was very muffled (even though close to nightclubs), and although the room was very small it was enough!

Very convenient location and the room was modern and clean Note that rooms facing the Main Street may be quite loud, but my room facing the ocean was very quiet.

Excellent hotel! Friendly and courteous hotel staff.

Really great location for Airlie Beach, i would recommend getting the city view
