If you want the Great Barrier Reef without the guesswork, the Hilton Cairns delivers. It's the familiar Hilton standard you already trust — comfy beds, solid service, easy check-in — right on the Cairns Esplanade waterfront. Great breakfast buffet
Everything's an easy walk: the night market for a casual browse, Phetyai Thai for great authentic food, Woolworths for snacks and grocery run, Ollie's Italian for lazy takeout pizza nights, Hemingway's Brewery for lunch on the water, and Rattle & Hum for Aussie sports and local beers.
Bottom line: familiar comfort, genuine local flavor right outside the door. Easy stay for Americans.

客室は清潔で毎日ネスプレッソが補充されるのが嬉しいです。日本人のスタッフもいつもではないですが、数名いらっしゃいます。どのスタッフも丁寧で親切です。朝食はコンチネンタルかと思っていましたが、ブュッフェスタイルで素晴らしかったです。最初にオムレツのオーダーを聞かれ、好きな具材を入れることができます。歯磨きは部屋に備えつけではないですが、フロントで無料でもらえます。ファミリーでの利用が多いように感じました。

We booked a waterview room and the view was true to the website. Room spacious and we got interconnecting as requested. Service was good but the reception seems understaffed. Excellent proximity to the marina for reef trips and many choices of restaurants. facilities well maintained but presentation not superb. The glass panel for the bathtub which does not even shield half the bathtub is a disaster for the floor after a shower and reduced the guest's enjoyment

グリーン島へ出港する港に近く、近辺にはおしゃれなレストランもたくさんあるので、観光にとても便利な立地です。ホテルはとても綺麗で、部屋や設備も清潔に保たれており、快適に過ごせました。サービス対応も良く、お願いしたものが部屋に届くのが早くて助かりました。
ホテル内レストランは少ないので、食事は外出が多かったですが、ルームサービスは質が高く、ホテル内で食事の際はおすすめです。

部屋の浴室は要改善。シャワーを浴びると洗面所の床までビチャビチャになる。バスタブの排水が悪い。
部屋の清掃は要改善。掛シーツに汚れあり。ベッド下に前客のゴミあり。
プールは良好。広くはないが、最大深さ1.8mで大人でま楽しめる。温水ジャクジーもあり。

Hotel needs to be renovated, feels a little outdated. Great staff and location is great. Walking distance to boardwalk and centre of town.
Rooms are okay just need to be updated, TV needed smart options if you are travelling with children.
Beds feel a bit worn.
Overall hotel experience was okay.
