We booked 3 rooms for our stay, and we have to do the check-in for the 3 rooms in different time due to the unavailability of the room, this is quite time-consuming. Also, the housekeeping services is a bit disappointing. The bathroom accessories were not refilled and no bottle water was provided.

The staff upon arrival right through to departure were exceptional! Room was amazing with a massive bath/spa and bed extremely comfortable. It is located in a prime location right opposite the Queen Victoria building and close to Darling Harbour. We used the valet parking and they were super quick with getting us our vehicle when required. Will definitely be staying there again!

Love the Hilton, always great to stay there. Executive lounge gives the goods with the happy hour food and drinks. Perfect

I enjoyed the stay, especially I liked the bathroom which is very bright and well designed.

Check in was slow hotel was really busy and I arrived from the IK at 0500. I had previously contacted them to see about an early check in so was disappointed they made me wait to 3 pm. Also I had purchased absolutely no extras and was a little surprised when they tried to charge me for a beer from the lunge. They kept insisting it was only $10 . I had to argue quite a bit I’d had no extras at all. They eventually took it off my bill but I’m surprised that someone was able to put it in my bill in the firs place Apart from that lovely hotel lovely breakfast. I ran the marathon on the Sunday so really appreciated them opening for breakfast early. Every day the restaurant staff were wonderful- thank you

The location of the hotel was brilliant. It was pouring with rain when we were in Sydney so the QVB train outside was brilliant and took you right it circular quay for the opera house. It is also walking distance to darling harbour. The concierge were helpful in giving directions. The hotel was really clean and had a nice cafe on the ground floor. The room was comfy and clean with good facilities (shower cap, tea/ coffee, safe) and was cleaned daily. We would definitely recommend the Hilton to stay at. We didn’t use the pool as we were out and about, but we did have a drink in the Marble Bar to listen to come music - the decor was amazing!

Really lovely hotel, we enjoyed our stay. Rooms are modern and clean, location is good for Darling harbour and around a 20 minute walk to circular quay. Staff all very friendly and obliging.

Convenient transportation to sightseeing spots. The staff are very helpful.
