Amazing helpful staff and great location

Wifi is super slow

The room was nice and the two double beds were comfortable for me and my friend. Unfortunately, we both got bitten all over by bedbugs in the bed. We tried to explain it to the guy at the front desk the morning after and said that we suspected that they were bedbugs in the room. However, he didn't seem bothered at all and didn't offer an apology or anything other than saying oh I guess I'll have to get someone to look at the room, then just looked down at his screen again.

Modern property across the street from the Cairns Esplanade. Shuttle service available (4x a day) to the town center (book it at the front desk) there are return shuttles as well, but we chose to walk back. The in house dining options were very good. Helpful and friendly staff. Some on-site parking, plenty of street parking. Comfortable rooms, the A/C really works well. Would stay there again.

Every staff member that we came in contact with were very welcoming, attentive and cheery. They couldn't do enough for us. The bar manager was amazing and made great selections for my daughter who is vegan. Everyone was just so welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The downside was the cleanliness of the room. There was dust on most furniture and the carpet hadn't been vacuumed very well. The shower/bath was dirty, and the glass windows were also dirty. There were dead bugs on the furniture as well. We did opt to have our room serviced each day, however, out of the four nights, we only had our room serviced twice.

Friendly staff, good location with a lovely walk along the beachside to the ‘centre’

Room was comfy, bed with soft and firm pillows, shower had very good preassure. The water in the region was making my skin very dry, meaning my hands were peeling after every handwash.

Really lovely staff, there was always somebody there if you needed anything. The room itself was nice and spacious, with a balcony. Nice location on the ocean side with a nice walk down the promenade to the centre.

This property could have been cleaner. Our bedding and room was clean but the room was dated and in need of some attention. The common areas, dining, bar, outside dining and pool areas could use some additional maintenance attention. There was 1 outlet to use to charge phones and tablets for three people. The lack of available outlets was a problem. This hotel was quite a walk from the night markets and the harbor boats. This was my mistake for not checking the distance but overall I would probably choose a different accommodation for a return trip.

Lovely accommodation

A short o ernight stay. Easy access well appointed

Its close to water and had excellent Views of the water and mountain with a chance to view nice Sunrises. Its close to Esplanade and a nice walk or jog tracks. Breakfast was included and the options were decent. Staff were were helpful For drinking water in the lobby , they had a water cups But there was no water fountain where we could refill our water bottles and everytime we needed cold water, the bar guys were helpful to fill it up for us.

Very friendly

Everything was amazing, the only thing is they don’t change the sheets when they clean the room and I know this as my partner accidently dripped food onto the bed and it was still there after the room clean. Just the bed was made and got new towels. But overall amazing.
