Staff are so helpful and pleasant. We checked in at 11pm after a long drive, they well explained and give us the comfortable room right away. The room is clean and comfy. Breakfast is another surprise. Definitely Will come back again

It was clean and nice staff

Couldnt be certain whether or not you are/were provided with clean new towels or linen.. Room was quite small.. definitely room for improvements. Needs a pool, imstead of some weird courtyard thing.. and for the front to be painted a different colour and not look so prison like.

Very things was great, but parking should be free.

Loved our room here, was modern and clean looking. Fraction of the price of others during the F1 weekend. Food options were impressive and so were the staff :)

Some design faults, but it did meet our needs with a smile!

Didn’t clean room after leaving sign on door. We returned at 3:30pm and then they turned up at 4 to clean. Way too late

Quiet clean

The hotel itself is beautiful. Very clean, great amenities, the staff are wonderful and friendly, great breakfast and ample car parking. The only downside is the area the hotel is situated in did not feel safe, especially after dark.

The Holiday Inn was in a very good location and close to the Dandenong Mall for shopping, close to eateries and the market. The foyer and dining area is attractive and the rooms were clean and modern. The premises are secure and the onsite parking is good.

Overall would definitely return. The room was immaculate and the service was excellent.

Rooms are a bit on the small side - but more than made up for by the excellence of every other part of the experience - especially the staff!!
