Wonderful hotel, safe and clean, will come back

Beautiful room and comfortable, however the house keeping and room service are not that professional

The front desk staff, Dean, did not seem to understand the business well. On our first day of check-in, we asked if we could get a refund for the second night’s room fee. He told us to contact the hotel via email through Expedia, assuring us that the hotel would agree. However, we waited until late the next day, and the request was ultimately denied. To avoid wasting the room fee, we ended up checking in again for the second night. It was only then that he informed us it was prepaid and non-refundable. He began making excuses, claiming that he didn’t mean what he said the previous day, trying to shift the responsibility onto us. However, he could have simply told us on the first day that it was non-refundable, saving us the trouble of carrying our luggage around all morning. If we had known we couldn’t get a refund, we would have just left our luggage in the room!

很有格調的酒店，房間十分清潔，廁內朝濕分離，有兩個水龍喉的長型洗手盤，十分方便，只是放置衣物空間稍嫌不足。 另，當晚半夜後check in，服務員都態度友善，感覺很好。 酒店就坐落在大型百貨旁，購物方便。只是要到市中心，要約半小時

The hotel double charge the room without any reasons and unwilling return the charge to me. I called for nearly 2 months without fully return. Moreover, the staff are not familiar with all the check-in procedure. All like a MESS. You want o PAY DOUBLE CHARGE, try this hotel!

Nice hotel ,convenient and seems clean and modern ,service very good ,only one thing is we only asked housekeeping came to clean up on second day ,but they put one pillow on the floor 😰😰,lucky we have 4 pillows in the room

沒有免費飲用水, 泳池管理不佳, 竟然冇浴缸好失望, 車位費用合理可接受, 職員服務非常有善, 位置非常好

Fantastic experience

Have access to the shoping center was a definite plus. Activities within or around the hotel, like coupons to the moves or advice on bowling or other near by activites.

We had amazing experience with our stay. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful when we checked in as well as on checked out. The management put extra effort in congratulating the birthday of my daughter. Such an amazing service.

Good location to Chadstone. Entry into the car park is tricky. The comfort level of bed was only okayyxxx

Check in always so very slow.

Really liked the hotel, car parking rates too expensive. Pool too small for the amount of kids. No pool towels seems to be common. Room was lovely and good service when we requested help with the chromecast.
