I only stayed overnight so did not see the facilities. I was visiting the PA Hospital & was out all day. It was an easy walk from there to the hospital. The bed was comfortable & the room quiet. The reception staff member was friendly & welcoming.

Overall it's good. One point worth mentioning is that the bathroom is really too small to accommodate the washing machine and dryer. There is no exhaust hood for the dryer except a small exhaust fan. This is undesirable.

On the hold it was very adequate for
My one night stay. Bec the receptionist was fantastic. Maybe a paint job in the room would make it look more presentable. My bed was comfortable. The bed side lights were not working properly. A tea towel would have been helpful and more milk or maybe a little bottle. Very limited choice for tea.
I loved the secure parking.
On the whole I thought it was good value for money & would stay again. Thank you to all the staff.

There were often some questionable guests or visitors smoking and loitering outside the side entrance which was a bit uncomfortable. Also a lack of services for things like soap or clean towels.
