Travis at the reception desk is friendly and ready to help. The hotel is located near QVB and Town Hall, hence, very convenient!! The only complaint I had is the air conditioning sounds from the neighboring buildings, which were almost 24-hour non-stop.

櫃檯人員Travis非常親切。我遺留了充電線在飯店，Travis幫我找到它，並幫我保留在櫃檯，直到我旅程結束回來。當我回來拿取時，Travis竟然可以馬上認出我（儘管上次見面已經是兩週前）。 Check in要直接走進餐酒館，跟餐酒館櫃檯人員詢問，接著由餐酒館內側門進入飯店。飯店櫃檯不是24小時的，房間沒有吹風機，記得在check in時先跟櫃檯借。 飯店地點很棒，附近就是QVB，也有Woolworth連鎖超市。

The location is very good and convenient, but the facilities and the service is so so.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Sydney, just a 2-minute walk from the Town Hall station. The room is small but reasonably clean, the manager at the reception is very friendly, and for this relatively low price, there is really little to complain about. My only reservation about the hotel is that it is very noisy, being at the corner of two busy streets in downtown Sydney. It stayed noisy until around 1am and the garbage collectors and street cleaners started doing their jobs at 4am. You will need strong earplugs for a decent sleep.

酒店入口不明確、電梯常常不能工作、樓下是酒吧、聲浪很大、但地點很方便、只欠缺酒店入口的指示、在酒店門口找不到入口、要四圍問人、太其怪了。

酒店設施老舊, 電梯門關不上會失靈, 前台服務時間短, 有點影響入住與退房的程序, 比較不方便旅客, 地板行上去有聲音, 有待改善

初めてシドニーに行き、不安だったのですがフロントの方が優しかったり、お部屋も広かったりとても充実していました。ですが、お風呂が少し不便に感じました。

受付の方がとても親切で嬉しかったです。

Great location

Location is good. The hotel is very old and outdated. We had a smell in the room. Sink had some crackes in it. For one night it was ok.

Dejligt centralt beliggende hotel, men en rigtig god restaurant til.

The old white lady doing the housekeeping needs to chill. She’s grumpy and unfriendly vibe in general. Hope you don’t encounter her!

Just had a weekend away. This hotel was perfect! It’s a cute little place that was clean and had the softest comfiest bed ever! Staff were awesome Travis was great accommodated our early arrival and it was so close to public transport and more shops than you can dream of. Never had to catch public transport before but this place was right at the train, light rail and bus stop. Food in restaurant was delicious. Had a quick last minute dabble on the pokies $5 in $100 out! Great place will definitely be back!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 4 notti. Hotel centrale, dal quale puoi raggiungere le attrazioni principali a piedi. Camera e bagno piccoli ma con tutto il necessario. Il signore alla reception gentilissimo, l’ultimo giorno ci ha accompagnate a prendere il taxi per andare in aeroporto. Pulizia eccellente
