Close to railway station, 8 mins walk to Central Coast Leagues club and stadium. Gloria Jeans across the road as well as Comm Bank. Food at the hotel was great.

I was passing through on my way to Armidale by train. Everything in the hotel was good, but it would have been good to be able to open a window, at least a little bit. I especially liked the bathrooms, which are really classy.

Parking was limited as open to the general public as well. Check in was done at the bar which was a bit strange. The sports bar was packed and quite rowdy but the other bar and restaurant area was lovely. The bedroom was dated and basic but very clean. We had an ensuite bathroom which was fairly new and spotless.

Well worth the stay. Great location to food, supermarkets, train station, foreshore and walking trails. Staff were professional and efficient. It was a bit of a climb to my room on the 3rd floor but it gave me a look at the beautiful old building.

I checked in at 10:00pm after a long day of travel. Very loud music was coming into my room from the bar. I was told it would continue until about 3:00am. There were earplugs on the bedside table, which means to me they know it's a problem they have! It was late, I was exhausted, traveling alone, and nothing nearby had availability at an affordable price. I did not sleep at all. If I had known this would be happening I would never have booked!

Great fun with ye olde time lift. Super restaurant, nice en suite rooms. A little noisy on Friday and Saturday nights, they provide ear plugs in the room, but we like that. Great bar, great beers, pokies and even karaoke on a Friday
