Great harbor view from the room, close to pier and restaurants. Helpful staff. Good choices for breakfast. Clean room. Great Christmas atmosphere. Received Christmas card from the staff on Christmas morning, a very nice touch.

Nice view facing the harbor. Quite convenient location, easy parking. Near Mt. Wellington, we drove there around 15 minutes. English continental breakfast and some of the bread was very good with high quality. Reception was warm and polite.

The hotel is really nice. Location is excellent. Staff is friendly. Food in the restaurant is good.

Great central hotel, beautiful views, easy parking. Beds comfortable, but sadly the rooms are very warm to sleep, on 18 degrees /the coldest they go. Corridor and hallway Noise can be heard very clearly during the night, and some street traffic (city side)- only downside. Buffet breakfast was fresh, good selection. Swimming pool is great for families too (shallow and deep end) Lovely staff

This hotel was excellent. Room was spacious and clean, also staff was nice and helpful.

Love this property I had a harbour view which was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and attentive. They noticed I had a leg injury so insured I had a walk-through shower. Also had a function here and the lady managing was fantastic. The location is very easy to many restaurants and walking distance to Salmon market. The restaurant was also very nice and not overpriced for a hotel. I would definitely stay here again and would highlyrecommend to others.

This was our first time staying in an expensive hotel for where bottled water in the fridge was not complimentary. There were also no slippers provided, and the room only had a shower with no bathtub. For the price, we expected more comfort and amenities.

we had a fire alarm go off 4 times during the night first one around 1am, there was no staff whatsoever advising what was going on it continued on throughout the night, it would have been nice at check out if staff had apologized for the sleepless night I doubt, we'll be back .

Beds a little hard for our liking but great facilities all round

Great view from the room window right looking at the beautiful waterfront of Hobart. Seeing the dawn from our own window is amazing. The room is well maintained except the bathroom. The bathroom drain outlet on the floor flashed out bubbles whenever someone was showering. The floor could get slippery with bubbles which is a bit dangerous for those travelling with kids or elders. Some nice restaurants around at the docks. Quiet and slow-paced vibe. A bit of walking to the city center if you are doing shopping. Great for those join local tours as the pickup points are usually around the docks.

Great location as a tourist to easily access the harbour and Salamanca. City is easy to walk to as well. Plenty or pubs and restaurants around. It’s an older property - well maintained but not super modern. Twin beds were not really big enough for us to comfortably sleep together so we chose to have a bed each - we
