The facility and vicinity of the building.

The room was fairly large, very clean, and quiet. The bed was the hero though - one of the most comfortable I have slept on.

Only things I didn't like was how close the towel holders were to the shower, easy for them to get wet, and how there were no utensils. But aside from that, everything was great!

Staff were very welcoming and professional. Room was well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Well positioned to access sights and restaurants either by foot or public transport.

Lovely hotel and staff. Comfortable nice bed, bedding and room facilities. Great breakfast options and great coffee. My only disappointment was the restaurant wasnt fully open so the choices were limited and I was to tired after a long day working to venture out. But overall its a great hotel to stay and I would stay again

Besdies front desk staff not a good place, super dirty and dusty.

We had a great stay right in the city and walking distance to Suncorp Stadium.

Location was excellent!

The hotel was very close to Roma Street station, which was very helpful for us. The breakfast buffet was delicious as well. The room was very spacious and we were able to enjoy our vacation. The only thing is that the water pressure was not as strong as we wanted it to be.

This hotel is modern and upscale. The Queen Street Mall, City Hall, and train station are close. Only disappointment was not getting the included breakfast that I requested.

The rooms are so dusty

The power outage and the fact that we were on the 8th floor and couldn’t access the lifts. I couldn’t have a shower due to it being so dark. Also we couldn’t use the motel. We came back and said we’re staying with whanau. We had to lug all our bags down 8 flights of stairs with our luggage so unfortunately it wasn’t a good stay

The parking is offsite so pretty inconvenient, especially in the rain. The area to park whilst checking in is not well signed and was blocked by delivery vans. This just made checkin very stressful to navigate. The room itself was lovely, the dark painted walls were very dusty though. Aside from that everything else was well maintained. The onsite Japanese restaurants were amazing and a highlight.

Convenient location, well presented hotel with awesome staff! Only thing negative was poor water pressure on 15th floor. Other than that, would recommend.

Loved this hotel! Very modern and very quiet! So nice! Great views and friendly staff! Easy to get to VOCO to use the pool.
