Hotel was excellent, clean very spacious, great hair dryer and good toiletries. Cafe was reasonably priced. Reception staff very helpful. 15-minute walk to St Lenord's Station 25 minutes to Crowsnest metro station. There is a bus stop across the road. Would stay there again.

The room and bathroom were immaculate, housekeeping excellent, desk staff friendly and helpful. Did not have occasion to use the bistro,so can't comment on that. The free morning shuttle to catch the Metro at Crows Nest is an excellent service, most helpful. It would be even better if you could book a pickup from Crows Nest in the afternoon. All in all, deserves its 4.5* rating. Would certainly stay here again.

The rooms were large and very clean and immaculate.
The staff are very polite and helpful and always greet you with a smile.
The restaurant had a great menu and cooked to perfection also very reasonable prices.
It's also close to Royal North Shore hospital only a 10min walk away. They also have a free shuttle bus to drop you to near by shops.
I'm definitely going to stay there again.
