The hotel is in the base of Pyrmont, less than five minutes walk from Darling Harbour (cut through the car park slightly towards the bottom of the hill). The light rail and bus lines are also within five minutes walk. Breakfast in the onsite restaurant are phenomenal, and it’s worth trying once even if not included.

Very nice and helpful staff. Clean and spacious.
The bathe and hand towel are very clean. Bed and all other facilities are comfortable. All bath gel , hand wash and shampoo are provided. You can ask from the reception when you want any other accessories. I have some problem for the connection of the wifi. The staffs are very pleasant and can solve the problem immediately. Therefore, the wifi is very good. There are free bottle of water and coke in the fridge. There is convenience store nearby. You can pass through the opposit carpark to have the short cut to the light rail station. I sure will come back when I am in Sydney again.

A lovely building with character and charm, really enjoyed the loft room. This hotel is in great location close to parking, the train and a short walk to the harbour. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay again.

Nice place to stay. The air con in the room was terrible. It was set at 30 degrees and could only be changed by telling the front office staff. Made no sense at all.
Great coffee, but both out breakfast meals were served cold. Disappointing.

Quirky place inside but great staff and good rooms. Very well located with parking right across the road. Easy walk to Barangaroo and there is a metro station really close as well. Been there before and will return for any city stays.

Great intimate hotel with a nice vibe and perfect location for walking. Restaurant was outstanding, staff was very helpful and friendly. My only concern was that there were not really any places dedicated to put suitcases in the room. We had to put them on the floor which was a bit inconvenient, but would not stop me from staying there again - a minor inconvenience.

Nice staff. Great location for events at Darling Harbour. Clean. Compact rooms. 2 criticism: There is a lot of water wasted while you wait 5 to 7 minutes for hot water to come through. We read this in other reviews on Google and those reviews were accurate. Air conditioning does not work. It was quite cold all night. If I didn’t have my heater husband with me, I would’ve had to go and get extra blankets.

We enjoyed our stay here - we stayed in Romney deluxe which had a HUGE shower! Cameron the manager was super helpful to us which was most appreciated. Lovely and clean rooms and quiet - we did not hear any noise sell other rooms or from hallways

I have stayed at this property on two occasions. It is extremely clean and walking distance to ICC and light rail. Parking is available across the road in a parking station. Breakfast and coffee were good. Staff were polite and friendly. Only drawback was the air conditioning which despite supposedly being individually controlled in each room did not work properly and was a bit warm even after bringing this to the attention of staff.
