Location is good. Close to Randell and Arcade Mall. Lots of bus stops to airport/beach. Friendly staff. 15mins walk to central market and china town. Lots of places to eat around the area.
The hotel also has a restaurant and bar. Food was good.
Clean room and plenty of room.
Shame there is no mirror on the desk or near an plug.
Bathroom could do with some toiletries

Room was very clean and well kept. Bed was awful. I was in a ‘twin room’ and the beds had mattress toppers, presumably to protect the actual mattresses themselves. The toppers moved around all the time. Every time I rolled over in bed I could feel the toppers shifting. Really uncomfortable. Pillows were huge. Guaranteed to make your neck ache! In the end I gave up and just piled some clothes up and used those instead. A VERY average experience considering what I paid!

A wonderful stay. The welcoming Reception staff , the glorious room I was given, the amazing comfortable bed, the clean and fresh room and bathroom, the dinner available at the restaurant ...the list goes on!!! I loved everything about my stay.
