The hotel is located in the city center, and Rundle Mall is located right behind the hotel. It's easy access for me to walk around to some of the tourist attractions in Adelaide.

The bed was comfortable. The cleaning staff did a good job. The carpet needs to be steam cleaned thoroughly though. You have to wear slippers to avoid getting your feet or socks dirty.

Great central location to the city, which was the reason for booking here. Staff were polite and professional.
Room was small but functional, cleaning could have been a little better (few stray hairs etc) and the air-conditioning was loud and developed a leak on the second night and tripped the power on the second morning.
I expected a bit better for this price.

Booked 4 rooms and was forced to have a person from each room to place a $200 deposit. $800 for 1 booking was absolutely ridiculous and of course negatively effected our trip to Adelaide with such a large amount eating into our budget.
Rooms were not serviced unless you requested, and when they were serviced they missed such things as refilling an empty soap container for the shower!!
Beds were uncomfortable and had mattress toppers on them which slipped off during the night.
Breakfast was only an expensive buffet option but luckily the hotel was close to the Mall where dining options were much more appealing.
Would not recommend.

Room very comfortable and clean though unfortunately the room and corridor smelled of strong disinfectant. not pleasant. I did mention to reception. Staff friendly, happy hour on sunday very nice, a great breakfast for an extra charge. Hotel really centrally situated. Definitely stay there again.
