Easy to access from the domestic airport. Everything is good, but a bit pricey.

Location close to airport making it a good choice for early morning flight. Staff os very helful and eager to provide you the information you needed.

As an airporr hotel, it provides the kind of convenience as expected. The hotel restaurant serves good quality crusines at reasonable prices.

We had an 8 hour layover in Brisbane which required us to clear customs and check-in with another airline. Since the other airline's check-in desk would only open 3 hours before flight time we needed someplace to take a shower after flying 15 hours to Seoul and then 9.5 hours more to Brisbane. Airport lounge was not an option as we had lots of luggage. So, I booked this hotel because it was close by. No airport shuttle offered, price was high, room was small. Took a shower, changed clothes, rested a couple of hours and then headed back to airport...IBIS served its purpose.

Shuttle to airport was convenient though inflexible.

A good spot for a few hours sleep between flights. Got checked in quickly so could get some shut-eye. The rooms have black-out blinds and are quiet so you shouldn't be disturbed, and there's a wake-up service. It's a shuttle/taxi ride from the international terminal, but a short walk from there to the domestic terminal

The refund policy is terrible as we couldn’t make the stay due to circumstances beyond our control.

The hotel location is great only 10 minutes to walk to and from domestic terminal.

Easy check in. Hotel conveniently located as only 10 min walk. Lovely restaurant and even though we didnt have food, the food looked amazing
