The staff is not helpful or friendly. Asked the front desk staff for a couple of things, but their gesture made me feel like they want to answer. The room wall is not soundproofed, and I can hear all the other guests walking around. Also, the sound of the housekeeping work during the morning time.

Great location, very convenient to go everywhere and there are Cole’s supermarket and stores nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will choose to stay here again if I visit Brisbane.

The reception staff are nice.

Horrible. There is a bar downstairs and too noisy every night. And most miserable thing is truck comes and goes every late night and early morning and makes very loud noisy. The hotel should not sell lower floor’s room. The windows is not sound-proof.

地點極好，但房間很小，住的房間面河景有很好的view, 但即使是10樓仍然晚上到半夜兩點還聽得到樓下bar的音樂聲，影響睡眠.

Only thing I don’t like is the homeless people in the area, it’s not the hotel’s fault, but it makes people insecure, just saying. Government should take good care of them.

Good hotel

地點絕佳，在市中心很方便，河景房很值得訂，雖然房間小了點但多半設備皆齊全。 另外飯店對於客戶續行也可提供協助，此次需求高樓層也順利安排，很值得讚賞&回宿的飯店：）

The location is good, walking distance to everywhere. However, there is no wifi in rooms…

之前往這間酒店，是有齊浴室用具的，但是這一次住這間酒店除了沐浴露僕一切公奉，令我要自己外出買洗髮水、護髮素、牙膏及牙刷等等用品，感覺非常不好。

Simple check in, wonderful decor, comfortable stay and beautiful views.

Such a nice location to stay in! Very accessible to shops, plenty of food options and public transport around us. Our room was cleaned daily and there were plenty of ammenities that kept us stocked up. Room was spacious too and had more than enough space to hold our luggage and acquired shopping. The breakfast buffet had such a variety of options for everyone and was replenished frequently. Check in process was smooth and staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Brisbane again!

Great location. Small but serviceable room. Terrible pillows but rest was good.

Lovely unit with an amazing view of Southbank and the Brisbane River. Would definitely recommend.

Good hotel located in the CBD and close to the central train station and various shops. The room was decent. The only minor issue I had was that the shower head is fixed instead of on a hose.

My go to in Brisbane. Consistent in every way.

Room wasn’t well maintained and didn’t feel clean
