房間的品質程度不ㄧ致 有裝修過跟沒有裝修過的 我訂的是倆個大床 一開始還給錯房 說太晚沒房 但後來有馬上幫我們處理掉換 服務人員熱心 幫忙

客房清潔度很差,地毯非常髒.房間整理馬虎,隨便.失望的很!

Good place to stay over

We had a low battery smoke alarm beeping in our room and tried to get the reception staff to fix it - they came once and it temporarily stopped but at 2am it started beeping again and the reception phones wouldn’t work. Tried enquiring at reception in the morning and they said it’d get fixed but by noon there was no change. Back at reception everyone was on break. Eventually we did get a room replacement though which made it ok

Unfortunately our stay was less than enjoyable!! Night 1: arrive to find room still Dirty and beds not made properly, have photos of rubbish left behind and dirty mark in bathroom and behind door, along with what look like cigarette burns, wifi and phone lines out!! Had to walk back to reception to ask about wifi, was met with uninterested desk clerk, who advised one hour max!! Morning 1: still no Wifi!!!!! Buffet breakfast less than average, watery scrambled eggs and bacon and sausages as tough as all boot leather, spoke to staff (different but still uninterested) about wifi, was advised it had been rectified returned to room I. Seperate building, we walk back…….no wifi, upset kids!! We go about our day!! Return that evening, still no Wifi, still uninterested staff, advised it will be rectified immediately (it wasn’t) Night 2: children from other rooms running up and down hallway, knocking on doors and running off, again staff didn’t really care!! Morning 2 (checkout) breakfast was slightly better, staff still seemed pre occupied, then whilst packing up our belongings, found more left Over rubbish from previous guests under bed!!! Will not be returning, will be pursuing hotel for full refund!!!! For the money we spent, looking for nice weekend getaway we could have done a roadside motel for half the price and had the same quality.. I’ve stayed here many times as I travel for work but was disappointed in the service this stay. I asked on 2 occasions to have the room made up and while I stayed 5 days I didn’t get it attended to at all. I never received any fresh towels (only 2 provided), no bin emptied etc. Disappointing as it’s usually good.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Gotta say it felt a bit miserable. Just very tired looking. The air conditioners or might have been the fridge was very noisy. The beds were too soft so we had a terrible sleep. It was good to have a little kitchen though. Staff were lovely. Only thing is that it wasn't even 10am check out time yet and we'd exited the room, then when we wanted to get back in to check we'd gotten everything, the key card didn't work anymore to let us in!

Friendly staff. Not enough outlets in the room for us to charge our devices. People living in apartments next door were noisy. Awesome shower!

Great place to stop on drive to the snow. They serve breakfast from 6:30, so you can eat and still be in Jindabyne for 9am.

The price was very reasonable. The room was clean and the hotel was good but it common areas needed to be cleaned and the place needs some attention but for the price it was good

Clean comfortable place to spend the night. Stayed for two nights with children to visit the surrounding area.

Got to stay at ibis because of a last minute change of plan with another hotel canceled our booking due to plumbing issue. Stayed one night and was most satisfied with the room and easy check-in. Only problem was the design of the kitchen sink was Inappropriate. Otherwise a very nice two bedroom unit. Thankyou.

A bit aged but cleanly kept place in a quiet neighbourhood. Breakfast was nice but coffee could use improvement.

There is a very obvious dirt mark line on the single bed sheet near the pillow. The amenities in the room are very little, no cutlery, so if you want to have an instant noddle for dinner, you have to bring your own fork.
