Very hard to check in!

Cheap rate. Split cycle a/c. You get what you pay for. Old, run down rooms. Old bathrooms.

Everything was fine, friendly staff, clean and perfect location

Centrally located and very clean. Manager is friendly and helpful. This is a comfortable older residence with a shared kitchenette. I would rebook again.

Property very old and in poor condition. Blinds, mattress etc need replacing. Rooms very small

Cheap, budget hotel with a good bed.

The room was warm, the beds were clean and the bathroom was very clean. Check in was simple with no contact with the owners. Plenty of free bottles of water and great variety of teas and coffees.

For budget accommodation this was clean, comfortable and well located. I thought this was reasonably priced.

Close to main street food options

We arrived late and the manager talked us through how to get in and was super helpful as he had preheated our room. Basic kind accommodation but worth what you pay for. We would stay again enroute to the snow. ❄️

In City centre

Beds are comfortable and clean, but the rooms are decades overdue for a refurb, fibreglass showers similair to that you would see in an old cabin, a down light plugged into a PowerPoint is your bathroom light, floors are creaky and noisy. Value for money is not there at nearly $200 per night.

Comfortable , cosy stay. Only issues were light coming through the blinds (didn’t shut properly) and hallway light under the door beaming in. Wouldn’t hurt to get spare blankets on hand as the bedding wasn’t sufficient for a winter nights sleep

Nice family oriented

Very poor experience. When reached at motel at around 5pm, we were told no rooms are available as our room was double booked and already alloted. We were told no other rooms are available except one room where toilet is outside the room. This has caused huge inconvenience.

Great value for money. Location was central and close to places to eat. The room was very clean and supplied with toiletries. Would definitely stay here again

We were upgraded to the family room on the ground floor as the wife has an ongoing heart condition. The owner suggested we stay downstairs, and nothing was a problem for him.
