Stay there 2 nights. room is OK, but it's not well maintain. (light is not working, dirty curtain) I wait 35 min for my coffee at breakfast, the services is quite poor.

The experience in Versace hotel is amazing because I stayed during the Christmas. They have a ginger man hung on your door in the morning. Also in the night they would provide you some treats. There’re many choices in breakfast buffet, even miso soup and congee. The place is full of luxurious and elegant. Definitely worth staying.

Our welcome at reception was outstanding, friendly and very personable. The bar area is a lovely relaxing place to finish your day!

The hotel is showing its age with most of the furnishing scratched or ripped and needs a refurbishment. Good food, excellent first class service and awesome gym. There was a wedding on, so unfortunately we were not allowed to use the pool and very dissappointing

Property was impressive to say the least. The Staff were very helpful and friendly and while we didn't use the dining facilities of an evening, the breakfast buffet was delicious and dining room service exceptional!

Our room had a very bad water damaged cabinet which is central in the room which was a bit ordinary and detracted a lot from what should be a high end quality hotel, seeing this old water damage and the age of the some of the furniture in room made us feel somewhat disappointed. There was nothing is the room from snacks to drinks etc and on arrival they take a $300 deposit I’m not sure what for? Staying at the QT would be a much more enjoyable stay. The actual hotel, lobby, reception and pool area is absolutely beautiful on arrival 2 beautiful Rolls Royces parked out side and all your thoughts are wow until we got to the room. The photos online are definitely much nicer and seeing the property I’m sure they have some great rooms maybe because we booked through Expedia and got a discounted rate we got a room that matched the rate.

This property is in a perfect location for me. A lovely hotel, although I feel that the rooms are getting tired and could do with an upgrade.

Loved our stay. Room service was hit and miss. My fiancé loved his wagyu pappardelle however my chicken was so overcooked it was inedible. The big spa bath was a great feature. Pillows aren’t actually pillows… they’re blankets folded up and put into pillow cases. Wasn’t the best for my neck. Overall though, we loved our stay and will be staying there again!

A bit dated, but otherwise very good

While the lobby and the rooms were kept in good shape - the pool area was in a bit of disrepair. It was very quiet and the pool area bar was not open or serving - but orders could be made to you seat via QR code. Staff were great but the location is a little bit away from the main areas. Still a manageable 1.5-2KM walk - but that is a bit after dinner.

It’s a real shame. I used to love staying here when it was the Versace, but this was my first visit since the change of ownership, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to its legacy. The rooms have noticeably deteriorated, and the hotel overall feels tired and poorly maintained, as if it’s simply being left to age without care. It now feels like a 3-star experience, but the price tag doesn’t reflect that drop in quality. The one highlight was the staff. Every team member I encountered was genuinely warm, friendly and professional. They were the saving grace of an otherwise disappointing stay.

The hotel is now dating. Needs some tlc. Still a very nice place to stay. Breakfast could have been more for the price. Or it should cost less per person. The old fabrics are now very well worn in the lobby time to let got of the past and bring in the emperors new clothes.
