The property was close to where we needed to go. Great views from the room. Slightly looking outdated. Maybe needs some pop of colour instead of the old brown and wood. Friendly helpful staff.

Lobby is excellent but the rest of the hotel is dated. Carpets look dirty and need replacing. Had dinner in The Atrium. Long wait for drinks to arrive and meals to be served and chips were cold.

Expedia Group verified review
Property fails to describe inclusions correctly for so called “Special Rates” directions for parking options not clear. Breakfast is restaurant not room service (again not stated clearly) room and hallways have watermarks on carpets everywhere, has not had a paint since WW2. Especially loved the 12.30am delivery of room service (not ordered by us). Property has seen better days and in today’s world is really a dinosaur. Won’t be back.
