Have stayed here a few times and have enjoyed the visits.
Quick and friendly check in and nice location next to the Ross river.
Public pool a few metres away which is free and a bonus, with a small pool for residents to use.
All rooms have facilities for cooking as well.

Staff were friendly. Check in easy. Location good. Plenty of space for 2x couples. Beds very comfortable. Unfortunately the pool was closed. Bench tops kitchen & bathroom etc clean but we had to wear shoes at all times as the floors were definitely not clean and our feet were black. Shower in main bedroom en-suite did not drain well. Reception advised - very apologetic- and if all this is resolved and the current cleaners let go and replaced - this would be a great place from which to see Townsville and surrounds.

Everything was to a very high standard, the bed was very comfortable; the outlook was beautiful; a most enjoyable stay (given I was in Townsville for a medical procedure!) I would definitely stay again.
