Pricing is attractive. Rooms do not have cooking facilities.

Not bad, convenient and good choice for this rate.

Lovely dinner, salad and vege bar. Room was spacious and clean, excellent value.

good for traveller~

My first room was well below par for a 'Deluxe Queen' by being shabby and numerous maintenance issues. The replacement room that I was given was MUCH better. The staff were attentive and helpful. Unfortunately some workers came to upgrade the mobile phone tower for the last 4 days of my stay and took over and blocked 1/2 of the car park day & night making parking very difficult (impossible at times) and inconvenient, BUT NOT the fault of Jacksons. Overall not the most relaxing or best of stays but I will most likely give it a second chance.

Room was dirty, biscuit under the bed. Bin not emptied. No glasses.. Bed was ok.

Room was great bed was so hard it hurt my back so bad it's really sore there were so many blokes drinking in a small area 1 was going off his head and punching a car window to break it. (But didn't ) And chased him out the driveway couldn't sleep after that

You absolutely get what you pay for. Was only staying in Adeleaide one night for work and so opted for cheapest room. Staff were nice and room was clean, but buildings are tired and very very basic (no iron), but biggest issue is the other guests..... late night come and go and constant cigarette (and other) smells wafting into the room as poorly fitting door let in airflow from outside. Almost every other guest was smoking something or other outside the room entry and so woken up at 3am to the smell of p0t wafting into the room.

Room windows were dirty, seats were ripped and heavily stained, bathroom sink and shower drain blocked, toilet seat loose. At least the hot water worked.

A run down, noisy, dirty motel. Some shady characters around

Hotel used to be good but now very sketchy. Police in attendance twice during our overnight stay and unfortunately no longer feel safe staying here.

No a flash motel, getting old now, outside was untidy. But bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom was newly tiled. Ok for the price

NNever again will I stay at that motel. I made a reservation online, and when I arrived, the staff couldn’t find the booking under my name in their system. They asked if I had an email confirmation, which I showed them. To their surprise, it was not in their computer system. I asked them to call and verify the reservation, as I had already paid for it. After about 20 minutes, they located my reservation, and everything was resolved. Later in the evening, after returning from the hospital, I turned on the TV. The remote control was mismatched, so I couldn’t change the settings or turn on subtitles. I went to see the staff, but they said there was nothing they could do to help. The room smell mew but dusty. The bathroom light was dusty, the toilet cistern was not cleaned, and the shower drain was blocked. I believe the health department should investigate to ensure that each room is thoroughly cleaned and maintained for the safety and comfort of all guests. If the cleanliness cannot be guaranteed, the motel should be shut down permanently.
