Convenient to hospital I attended.
Room was good but lacked blockout blinds in bathroom, so early daylight was issue. Didn't like the glass separation between bathroom and bed. Noisy area around hotel.

Our room was not ready until nearly 3.30pm & we were told it was because they were very busy. No compensation was offered, just a "sorry bout that".
Can't say the Reception staff were overly committed to customer service, but once we got to the room it was very nice!
