Excellent hotel. Friendly staff at reception, well appointed clean room, comfortable bed. Stayed for event at Suncorp Stadium, hotel was close to Toowong station. The Japanese restaurant attached to the hotel is excellent as well!

Our room was not ready until nearly 3.30pm & we were told it was because they were very busy. No compensation was offered, just a "sorry bout that".
Can't say the Reception staff were overly committed to customer service, but once we got to the room it was very nice!

Nice view from the balcony. Good that the car was under cover. Walking distance to shops and cafes. The room was very clean. The staff was kind and friendly. Rang to verify room a couple of days before to verify room booking and also asked if room could be booked earlier, so happy that it available couple of hours earlier than expected

The location was excellent, very close to the mall and train station and ferry. We had to extend our stay due to a cancelled flight and the service was very good. It was a busy weekend but reception managed to accommodate us. The only thing that could be improved is room service with food being catered but apart from that, it was a great stay.
