Clear and large bed rooms and living room. Bathrooms and laundry facilities are sufficient enough to support a week-long stay. Efficient self check-in. Just the suspended Wi-Fi during 7-9pm was a bit out of expectation.

There is sufficient parking space under the apartment but you need skills to drive the vehicles out the gate. There are also free parking spaces on street so it’s not a problem to us. The bathroom is accessible to disabled, which is good, yet water easily spills out the shower area and wet the bath mat. Really love the balcony which has sunshine and wind to dry clothes after washing. There are washing machines and dryer in the apartment too.

Clean and spacious apartment just 10 mins drive from Hobart city centre. We stayed in apartment no.3 which had two bedroom and two bathrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were even oil, soy sauce provided so that we could do some cooking. There was also a big supermarket located nearby. Self check-in was easy. Will definitely recommend this apartment!!

New service apartment, spacious. Just a minor concerned as it has one bathroom only. Not very convenient for a family of 4.

We had a fantastic stay here. The location is incredibly convenient — just a short stroll to plenty of great eateries, eastlands shopping centre and the ferry that takes you straight into the Hobart CBD. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished and thoughtfully stocked, with more than enough dishwashing tablets, laundry powder, and toiletries to make the stay feel effortless. The kitchen and living area were well appointed and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day out. One of the highlights was definitely the view — watching the sun set over the mountains from the property was absolutely lovely and added something special to each evening. Overall, a wonderful place to stay with excellent amenities and a perfect position.

We had a great stay at Kangaroo Bay Apartments. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, perfect for a family. The location is quiet but convenient, close to cafes and only a short drive to Hobart. The bay views are beautiful, especially at sunset.

Bedding, towels and linen are high quality. Kitchen is fully equipped with coffee, teabags, sugar and a litre of whole milk on arrival. Parking includes a single car garage and parking spaces outside. Great view of Mount Wellington and Hobart from the upstairs living room and deck. Short drive to Eastlands mall and restaurants in Bellerive. Both are within walking distance. Emily and team were in regular contact with emails in case we needed anything. Great stay and lovely property for the 5 of us. Would highly recommend!

Very easy check in. Great location. Only problem was the carpark is too tight, we had to leave the vehicle on the road, bad scratch and dent we assumed from the rubbish truck.

Basically the room was clean and well maintained, and getting a supermarket takes only one minute walk from the apartment. Only one thing my flight was delayed and checked in almost midnight It was dark and hard to open the box to get a key.

Communication is on par. Received up to date information. Had everything needed plus more in the kitchen. Very clean place. Only thing missing was a coffee machine. Only had instant coffee which is unfortunate.

We had a lovely stay at Kangaroo Bay Apartments. There was good access to the ferry to Hobart. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable, with supermarkets/coffee and restaurants nearby. Every convenience was available in the apartment, which made staying there very easy. The only downside was the undercover carpark - big cars would be better off parking in the street.

We liked about the apartment was clean and fully equipped . Also, we felt warm welcome to Hobart on arrival too! The location is convenient and staffs replied via email for repair quickly.

It’s very good , the property was close to everything . I like the view of Mount Wellington .
