Room was not clean and phone was disconnected, tv remote didn't work, batteries required replacing.

The location of the hotel was quite good. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options. The room itself was a bit small, but it had a large balcony. The bathroom was also spacious. Unfortunately, housekeeping was not very attentive. The trash bins were not emptied, toilet paper was not restocked, only half of the towels were replaced, the balcony door was left open, and a wet used towel from the previous guest was still in the bathroom when we arrived. The gym was very disappointing. It was extremely small and the equipment was very old, with some machines not working at all. Overall, the stay had some nice aspects, but there is definitely room for improvement, especially in housekeeping.

Small rooms. Well equipped. Gym available without towels or water. Had to request for bathroom sink to be unblocked.

Enjoyed my short stay - everything was good, clean and up to standard. My only feedback would be that the bathroom, while large, felt a bit like a hospital bathroom rather than a hotel.

Stayed one night only in Queen room. We managed to conveniently grab a car park out front while checking in. 3pm is way too late for some, so I suggest you call early in the morning prior to arrival & see if room is available for earlier time-slot. Lucky for us we had an 11:30am check in. Three essentials for our stay was 1.Clean 2. Comfortable bed 3.Quite location. These were all met ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I would definately stay here again & request room 224. Shame in December when an event we are going to prices are excessively boosted up to $569!! So we won’t be staying unfortunately. Greedy really.!

Hotel di bell’aspetto e curato. Si trova in una zona comoda per raggiungere con pochi passi sia il ferry per il centro che i quartieri x la sera. La colazione è stata ottima.

I am influenced by the fact that my room was dark and gloomy. Surely must have been the worst in the building. It depressed me. Also I got stuck in the lift (I heard someone else talk about this happening to them). My key card didn't function several times. I tried the stairs to play it safe but the door to the foyer floor was locked. Not sure how this would work in the case of a fire. I did let reception know. Reception staff was pleasant but I never heard if the door had been unlocked. The housekeeping was also pleasant. They fixed a nasty stain that had been in the room when I checked in. I was let into this room early which I did appreciate.

The hotel is close to Chinatown and train station, which is good. If the parking fees and breakfast charge could be wiped off, then it would be great.

Staff were very helpful and property was in a decent location. Overall good experience ce and I’d stay there agai. Only downsides were that our mini bar was raided when arrived (which got us wondering what else hasn’t been cleaned/inspected) and it was a little noisy from the corridors.
