Stunning views surrounded by wildlife and very comfortable

Comfortable and clean. Owners very friendly and helpful. Lovely location within minutes of town and tourist spots. Despite being on the main road in to town it was very quiet. Loved the birds and animals on site. Cannot comment on food as they were unable to supply meals due to covid restrictions however tea/coffee making facilities are supplied as was fresh milk. The only issue, and this is likely out of the control of the owners, was the low water pressure although it was sufficient to have a shower and the water temperature was great. Wifi was fast and reliable.

Photos of the property were accurately descriptive. The property met our expectations- clean, comfortable, thoughtfully equipped and decorated, with splendid views. The proprietor was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. All very appreciated. Thank you.

The bird life visible from the balconies was pretty special. If you have a bird phobia, stay elsewhere! Otherwise, just sit back and enjoy the free display, camera in hand.

Good motel for overnight stay. A bit dated but clean and comfortable. Short drive into town for shops and restaurants.

We really enjoyed the night. The service was fantastic. The beds were really great. We had breakfast on the balcony,there was a lot of birds to look at parrots etc.

We were given the 'penthouse', and it was spacious and comfortable. We had dozens of lorikeets eating from our arms and shoulders on the verandah. Brilliant! Thoroughly recommended.

A picturesque place to stay with outside balcony and wonderful views overlooking Merimbula. Hosts were very helpful and obliging. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Was an ideal distance from Merimbula overlooking the town. A great view of the bay and bushland which was full of wildlife. The room was very clean and neat. Janine the owner at the desk is a lovely lady and very helpful with local knowledge. Just wished I could have stayed longer.

Other than the WiFi signal coming in and out our stay was lovely. The washer was an added bonus.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed seeing and listening to the birds.

my much needed break was wonderful and relaxing and janine and barry added to that experience.
