There was no hot water to have a shower

I was in Cooma on personal business. The room was clean and comfortable.The pillows very firm so I bought feather ones from a local store. The rain head in the shower was a pleasant surprise, you so often find those cheap shower heads. Staff were lovely and very helpful and the location was perfect for me. Not being familiar with the area I found all I needed relatively close by.

The people were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here it has been the best place we stayed on our trip so far.

We are never disappointed with our stay at the Kinross Motel - the standard is very good & always reliable.

We've stayed here before and we were happy to stay again. We stayed as a family of 4, room was clean, tidy and a good size. The only negative i could say would be the shower that leaks all over the floor every time you use it, but that seems to be every hotel/motel we stay in.

Very happy pleasant reception, room very pleasing to the eye and clean. I personally found the bed that I slept on to be too hard so my sleep was not the best. I don't recall this issue on any previous stay so it may have just been that the bed was due for replacement. The spa was lovely, but a little awkward to get in and out of, which could prsent a problem for some, especially as the spa is also the shower base. A suitably located rail would solve the issue.

The staff were happy to organize late check-in for us and everything was ready when we arrived.

Good communication with staff especially via Expedia. We were upgraded to a family room last minute which was great! Parking is easy and convenient, right in front of your room; unfortunately it was slightly tight outside our room, especially endwith other big cars parked outside adjacent rooms. Loved the electric blanket and heated room, great toilet with towels and a big shower head, but sadly the water was not hot, slightly colder than lukewarm. Would also suggest liquid soap rather than soap bars.

This motel was perfect. Myself and 2 teenagers fitted in well in our room, great location close to ski rental and reataurants. Definately book again next year.

Our family has stayed at the Kinross Inn many times on road trips between Sydney and East Gippsland in Victoria. The standard is always very good. Friendly service, safe and quiet location. The car parking under shelter directly in front of the room is excellent.

Room was comfortable and inviting after a long drive, manager was friendly and helpful, rain shower was awesome and the towels were soft and fluffy. A great small motel that is comfortable and quiet.

All excellent.
