Room was great, secure parking was great too, everything was clean and neat, bed was comfortable, only issue was the sliding mirror door on the wardrobe clashed with the mini fridge so we couldn’t open it enough to use the wardrobe, but overall it was a great place

Have stayed here twice now, and very impressed with the staff, facilities, communication and amenities. Check in/out was fast and easy. Staff are friendly and accommodating of requests. Great location. Heated pool was nice too. Beds were comfy, and rooms well designed and clean. Great place to stay.

We booked 4 nights in Executive King Bed room and it was great. There was plenty of space as well as a balcony. The staff, especially those servicing our room, were great. Very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. They really added to the enjoyment of our stay. Also, it was easy to get more coffee, tea and snacks at any time from the reception self-service area.

the photos of the room suggested it was larger than it actually was, it was very cramped. On two occasions we could smell cooking in our room coming from somewhere in the building. The room and bathroom were very clean. But the photos on your website are very misleading in size and space.I have stayed in rooms in Japan that had more room. My partner was very unimpressed

We booked a Superior room for a couple and 2 adults. There was only 1 bathroom, we expected an ensuite in the main room. the other had only 1 single bed with a trundle.
