Spacious rooms, good breakfast, helpful staff and great location, just by the lake. Loved our stay there. Will definitely book again.

Very close to Woolies, petrol and EV chargers, restaurants. Parking a slightly confusing but that's being picky. Executive Room is decently sized and very clean, and bathroom is modern, fold down bed was comfortable enough. Nice view of Lake Jindabyne. There is a kitchenette but there is a warning that cooking in the room may lead to a $300 fee. Rooms were very quiet but came Friday night, you could still hear partying around Jindy. We checked in via the bottleo as reception was closed, but this was clearly marked on reception's door and they also emailed these instructions, (so communication was good). There are 2 EV chargers on site but byo cable. Will stay again.

It’s very clean and environment is very good. From the balcony, lake view is the most unique view. Overall very good. Highly recommended

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to other travellers.

Price: On par with other similar accommodations during school holiday snow season. Location: Amazing, attached to a pub with good food and plenty of space/tables. Opposite to the Info centre to buy your national park pass, shops and restaurants. Breakfast: Love that it's included. Breakfast staff very friendly and quick. Don't expect 5 star buffet, but a good range of hot & cold options for a motel / small hotel. Room: We booked the 6pax family room and it's a good size, though it's missing a dining table & chairs, so when we got takeaway dinner, we had to all stand at the panel desk along the wall to eat. House keeping was minimal. We stayed 4 nights, only the double bed was made up each day, not the 2 bunk beds. We were given new bath towels each day, but no new face towel, hand towel or the floor mat. The toilet paper was also not replaced! I had to go down to the pub on the 2nd night to ask for toilet paper. The reception is only staffed during office hours. The showere pressure was very low (maybe water saving), and I'm guessing the hot water system is shared by multiple rooms, as on the first night, it kept changing between hot to freezing cold. Second night onwards, I avoided the peak shower times and the water temperature was more consistent. Parking: Plenty of spaces Wifi: Weak at times, but usable Overall it's a good place to stay if you're in Jindabyne.

Property very overpriced for what it is. Loud Music from bar area till late, room didn't blackout properly , Wifi didn't work no bedside table or electrical outlet.Included breakfast good, location good,. I left an expensive Electric toothbrush in the room accidentally after checkout which vanished.

Lakeview room, older room with new bathroom. Bed is comfortable and room is warm I'm winter. Music/patrons noise from pub not a problem. Breakfast better than basic and staff great and helpful. Views to the lake of course beautiful.

Short Hotel Review We had a wonderful stay here as a family of four. Our newly renovated room was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable for all of us. The breakfast far exceeded our expectations. Every dish tasted fresh and hygienic. Besides the great accommodation, the hotel boasts an ideal location for skiing. All staff members are warm and friendly. We are thoroughly satisfied with this trip and plan to come back again next year.

Great hotel with a lovely breakfast provided. Self check in was awesome with. Simple pincode to the room door. Close walking distance to the bowls club also (play area for kids and affordable meals). Highly recommend.

Great comfortable clean room with a nice view of lake. Simple hot buffet breakfast in the morning was also pretty good and in expected to be included with room. Close 30 min drive to Ski fields Close to shops and pubs etc. would definitely stay again, after being surprised by the the room tried to book another night but was sold out.
