洗髮精跟護髮乳有點划水不是很優，護髮乳用完還是會打結，但景真的一流的！！只有一般的冷氣，櫃檯給的感覺普普，隔音不是很好，但隔壁剛好沒人住所以沒影響，早餐也是很棒，直接用點的，但要注意check out 的時間是10點超怪….之後是我們吃完早餐櫃檯提醒我們才發現。 前方很方便停車！

The lake view was spectacular. Good quality breakfast. Spacious room with 2 queen sized beds. Jacuzzi was a bonus. Indoor pool and gym facilities definitely a plus on rainy days. Friendly staff everywhere. A lovely place to stay for our 5 days break in Adelaide.

Breakfast was good and quick, not very large though. Check in was very quick and easy. We had a great room with a view in excellent condition.

Staff went out of their way to help us, we had a lovely meal on our balcony watching sunset over the Lake

My first breakfast was not the e best I had 2 ways eggs my way I requested poached eggs on sourdough toast By the time it was delivered it was cold with no butter I also orange juice but was advised that l couldn’t have one I spoke with receptionist and they advised this to restaurant for the rest of my stay

Room was large with balcony, with lake views, excellent breakfast choices included, great menu to choose from, had several other meals in the restaurant, they were huge, and delicious, onsite bar served great coffee and a variety off drinks, the staff was friendly and very helpful, the only downside was false fire alarms going off a couple of times in the mornings, disturbing our sleep, overall had a excellent time, great hotel to stay at, close to Westfield shopping centre, public transport interchange, go anywhere in Adelaide from there.

Room was updated but smelt very damp and musty. The ceiling in all areas of the hotel had holes, water damage marks, was broken and looked bad. Breakfast was amazing. Great choice and quick to come out. Parking onsite was easy.

Helpful staff. We initially had a room (balcony with lake view) with communicating door. Due to noisy neighbour we were reallocated to another room by very helpful hotel receptionist and porter. Our reallocated room was spacious but hotel was not very generous with their toiletries provision. Breakfast menu limited choice and presentation could be improved. Breakfast on day left much to be desired: plates cold, toasts were soggy, food lukewarm, not appetising. Better attempt the next day after we complained. Restaurant staff were helpful and pleasant. Lake view is superb particularly at sunset. Ample free parking including covered parking if you’re lucky. Dinner at hotel was good. We had grilled chicken salad which was very generous in portion and very tasty. Wine was excellent in quality and value. We checked out the spa and pool area but didn’t use it due to very cold room temp. There is a changing room but no lockers in the spa area. There are loungers around the pool but not tempting enough to hang around as the area is too cold. As a result we took one star off the amenities. Overall the interior decor of the hotel looks tired but is compensated by enthusiastic and helpful staff, and the superb hotel setting.

Hello All , Theres really not too much to say about this Property And its entirety Rooms Fantastic with Incredible Views The Dining experience was immense with the Food absolutely Delicious Breakfast Lunch and Dinner I can Guarantee anyone who visits and stays they truly will not be disappointed You have to check this one out Across the road 1 minute walk , extreme shopping at it's best with Westfield Mall

Room was clean, bed was comfy & spa was divine

The room had a lovely outlook over the waterfront with a verandah. Quite pleasant

The beakfast was fantastic Our check in staff were so helpful it was so easy Really enjoyed our stay
