beds didn’t have linen properly tucked in with old bed parts on the singles showing. Loud group arrived at 1.30am with my young family in my room, made me feel unsafe.

Good location for overnight stay. Warm and comfortable with late check in option.

There was only one towel provided. I had to request more. There were no spoons to make tea and coffee. One of the mugs had a massive crack in it, coffee spilled out all over the table.

Adequate spartan, could benefit from more decor

Shower bathroom not clean, lights on outside stairs was not working. Room needing update

Tried to give me the room I stayed in on the way through 3 days earlier. Hadn't been serviced yet! Said I'd left it too dirty. By that they meant some crumbs on the floor. Terrible service

Staff were very friendly. It was basic but comfortable

Checked back in 2 days after leaving. Owners wanted to give me same room, which they hadn't cleaned yet. Complained I'd left it excessively messy. They meant: some pastry flakes from a sausage roll on floor, sandwich, wrapper left on counter. That was it. Will not be returning.

Cups were unwashed on arrival, ancient air conditioner was loud and leaked pools of water, replacement heaters didn’t work, hot water ran out after 1 short shower, no hair drier or iron, only 1 small motel sized cake of soap for 2 people for 4 nights and no service during guests’s stay. There were no plates, no cleaning materials to clean dishes, and a 2+cm gap with no weather strip under the door letting in a draft. Images used to promote the room we selected showed split ac and updated furnishings.

Very close to train station and town centre. Lovely couple who run the motel and were very helpful. Excellent shower head!

I would have liked an electric blanket

An unpleasant experience for my colleague at the Latrobe Motel, sketchy people nearby and an arrest downstairs, during the evening he stayed. Room was basic and bed was clean, but no, we won't be returning.

Owner has no right owning motel Customer service shocking Rooms the worst you will ever stay in Stay clear. Stay away. Go elsewhere. Anywhere else bar Morwell and I'm not joking get out of town and head to Traralgon for acomadation.

Convenient for my needs.

It would’ve been nice if there wasn’t a bag in the room when we got there, but other than that it was great
