The check in was easy. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was generally clean and sufficient in household appliances. My kids enjoyed the stay, so do us. The downside might be the pool facilities. The pool is quite dirty. However, it was overall a very pleasant stay.

We stayed on a 2 Bedroom Villa in a family of 4. We booked just 1 week before our arrival so other cheaper hotels were already fully booked. It was a bit expensive, HOWEVER it was value for the money! The villa was very clean and big, and could park our own car right in front of the house. The kitchen was fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishes, cooking utensils, even with dish washing liquid and sponge, so no need to worried about. We used the washing machine and dryer that in the villa. They both working good (even the laundry liquid was provided). There's a queen size bed on the attic and it was a fun area to sleep in!
The downside was the BBQ gas stove. Seemed the BBQ stove wasn't cleaned from last time. The burn was still left on the rack.. And the wifi did need to charge..

The one big down fall for this apartment was no Wi-Fi. It also did not mention this in the description, if it had I would not of booked to stay there. I feel in this day and age Wi-Fi is essential with people travelling and keeping in touch, work commitments. When I checked with reception I was told this apartment is privately owned.
Although clean and well equipped it needs a refresh of paint as looking rather worn out.

Perfectly located, extremely clean apartment with a balcony overlooking the pool. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t warm enough to experience the pool. The only downfall..there is no hanging storage in the second room let alone, anywhere to unpack a suitcase. Otherwise a lovely apartment. Highly recommend.

Location was fantastic and was actually next door to the second place we considered stayimg at.
Fully equipped to Cook your self ,2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets reverse cycle AC, washing machine.
So close to town easy walk and close to everywhere you will need to go.
As we never really used most of the features due to shorter stay of 2 days.
Lounge looked slightly dirty from people not respecting other peoples property.
Toilet roll holder a tad loose.
I would stay here again for sure, so much room with a gym and pool onsite and outdoor bbq.
Check inn maybe done next door depending who you book with.check in was fantastic.

Stayed in this apartment for two nights with my wife and two children. It was clean, spacious and kids friendly (playground nearby and kids utensils in apartment). Parking was free and convenient.
Although the reception closes at 5pm, clear instructions were given through email on how to collect the keys. I would also recommend the The River restaurant located next door.

Fast check in and easy check out. We had excellent customer service and a relaxing stay. The apartments are within walking distance of shopping and dining and have everything you need to cook if you want to or do some laundry.
