A great place to stay! Clean and safe for the family. Walking distance to a lot of food options and attractions. Bunk rooms don't come with a tv or microwave. Be sure to ask for these and staff will try to accommodate.

Staff were great however room wasn’t the cleanest. Food behind bedsides and wet smelly rubbish under the bin liner from previous guest. Toilet needed a good scrub too. Shame because it has such potential with location.

Some lights broken..cannot be turn on..
In bathroom, the exaust fan not working properly.
The stair for bank bed is broken.
The sliding door in the toilet not working properly,.many times stuck hard to open and close
Need extra towel and pillow case

Not 1 power point worked in the room. I wish I had checked this before we went out as I didn’t want to call someone late at night and get a $80 call out fee. No one at reception till 10am check out and no one would answer the phone. Had to leave half hair done and no phones charged. When called later was just told sorry will check them out thanks for letting us know.
