The price is very good for the location, walk to downtown City Hall is only 10 mins. The room a bit old but ok The bed sheet and the comforter is old too, if can change new one will be nice 👍

The overall cleanliness , loved the two tvs and amenities, customer service was excellent. However, just a couple of things needed to be looked at, the broken window near the queen bed not safe, the mirrors were not cleaned and the shower screens and walls had mould. Other than that, very happy with the accommodation and service. Thank you!

It was convenient to most things but still quite enough. Room was alright.

A1 nice and close to everything in the city

Hotel is excellent. Great staff and location. 10 mins walk towards the heart of CBD but also quiet enough with a great view. However, duringy stay, the cafe do not serve coffee but then there're a few nearby cafe

I very much liked the room. The standout feature was the excellent view of the park and city.

Bed was comfy that was about it nothing to really rate on as I’ve stayed at better places

Parking space is a bit cramp

This is a good hotel for a one night stay. It’s well located just on the edge of the city. It is quite an old property that has recently been refurbished. I did find the bed a bit too soft for me? The staff were excellent. We enjoyed our dinner downstairs in the pub! YMMV

Perfect for a single night stay.Great location, easy walk into town & Southbank. Good to have balcony for fresh air. A minor inconvenience: had to unplug light by bed for phone charger...not enough powerpoints. Breakfast in downstairs restaurant was convenient but unremarkable. Would not book through Expedia again: despite being in Australia the site is USA focused & prices in USD, something I only noticed upon paying & being hit with bank fees! Other booking sites adjust pages automatically to the region you are in, so was an unpleasant ambush & made the room more expensive than anticipated.

AC in the room didnt work, the room was a sweat box through the night. Paid $25 for secure parking with no available spaces... the security gate is broken so the parking is not secure either way. We tried to order coffee couldnt get a coffee, cant see the point in ha ing a coffee machine and a big restuarant with no stock on a saturday and long weekend. The whole point in paying for hotel and services is to recieve them. Staff not worried or concearned. If it were my hotel id be having words with the manager as to why all of the above. Accountability?.. none.. hotel = needs a lot of work.

Convenient to bus location, quiet, bed was comfy even though it was two joined as one, shower way too small, no space for luggage or toiletries. Steep slope outside hotel - not good for walking

It was simply a convenient location & a good price.

This Motel had the worst parking I have ever been to
