Building design good.

近火車站及CBD, 但酒店在半山上，需要行樓梯或斜路上落，如果推行李或BB車就不適合了

The price is very good for the location, walk to downtown City Hall is only 10 mins. The room a bit old but ok The bed sheet and the comforter is old too, if can change new one will be nice 👍

The room was clean and spacious. It was nice to have fresh air. Reasonable distance to Suncorp Stadium. Staff were pleasant.

Could hear the people next door through the vent in the bathroom, apart from that was a nice room /stay

Room was clean and tidy. Sliding door was difficult to open and close. Door would lock itself (there was a warning sign posted). Receptionist on arrival and at point of enquiry was quite abrupt and rude. Receptionist at departure was polite and helpful. Parking onsite is an absolute nightmare. Very small, awkward turns and limited parks to suit regular SUV. Multiple ’small car’ parks either weren’t or couldn’t be utilised.

Very good service and clean rooms

The fixtures in the room are new, but the building itself is a little worse for wear. They've replaced in the bathroom new tile, a new sink, and a new toilet, but it's still a small old room and the new fixtures don't all fit together so there's practically no room to get in and out of the shower because the giant vessel sink is in the way. There is a cabinet with coffee machine, kettle, and milk frother which you need to use during day light hours because there is no ceiling light in that part of the room and it's facing away from the light that cats a shadow on the cabinet shelves so it's impossible to see anything. Just a bit odd and dark, especially considering the price. We went up to the view deck on the 8th floor and that whole floor wreaked of weed. Good location if you're catching an early missing train as we could just walk to and from the station.

Reception staff were not approachable, felt like we were annoying them by trying to have a conversation. Car park smelt like human faeces. Bed sheets weren’t crisp and steamed. Beds were comfy. Restaurant food was very average

Direct message from the staff is very good, I can contact them directly, no need to get through to a wait call. The room is big and comfy, perfect for family of 4, we can sleep separately. The food from the restaurant can do better, otherwise all good.

Staff were very helpful, courteous and friendly. Room was clean 👍 I personally only had issue with the bed I was expecting an actual king size bed not 2 king singles pushed together and for me the mattresses were too soft and sunk in the middle. But overall would stay again just in a Queen room instead. Thankyou

Awesome round building architecturally meaning that guests all have a fantastic balcony view out (including a view of the oldest structure in Queensland, the windmill). Our room was a little dark (mood lighting I guess with multiple small lights) and up a hill/staircase from the city but we enjoyed the stay a lot nonetheless. Great value for money and nice staff.
