Should have had censor lights outside as it was very dark going up the stairs outside

Modern facilities, great location.

Really great place to stay . Easy access and trouble free check in . Room was very clean and comfortable , big bed with views of the water . 5 minute walk to beach and main shopping area. Highly recommend.

Very close to downtown Penguin and serveral nice restaurants and cafes.

Ting is an exceptional hostess. Very organised and efficient but also very welcoming and personable. Lovely suites. Very clean and a convenient location.

I arrived late as explained to the host and basically left early each morning and back very late so only there to sleep. I get txt msgs in bold writing accusing me of smoking and other guests complaining I’ve never smoked and wasn’t there long enough to see any other guests. The host made me feel extremely uncomfortable and not welcome considering I was staying to celebrate my birthday with friends who live nearby I’ll never stay nor recommend this place. I insisted the host check cameras to see my comings and goings I feel like I’ve been judged on my artwork shame on you

Great communication. Nice touches leaving extra goodies. Bonus that you could watch Netflix too. Bed not comfortable though. Like most motels body imprints both sides and need to sleep on middle of bed. Motels in general need to consider better mattresses.

A comfortable pleasant room. Note that this is not a hotel - it is a private room in a guesthouse. The owner lives onsite.

What a lovely place with a delightful host. Great communication from Ting, the host and effortless checkin. Ting has a great knowledge of the area and will guide you through anything you need to know. The room is spotless with everything we needed. There’s a pod coffee machine as well. Towels are extra fluffy and there’s good quality shampoo and conditioner. We definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Ting made sure each step of our reservation and stay went well for us we really appreciated her kindness and insight into the surroundings areas. Breakfast in the morning was just perfect plus she made extra bread for us to take on our journey that to Cradle Mountain which by the is spectacular hiking and wildlife adventure.
