Fan wasn’t working in the master bedroom, one of the door of the bathroom was falling off every time you wanted to open it, place wasn’t clean as well and definitely not the photo advertised

The view from the apartment I stayed in was amazing. Superior premim apartment. Kitchen was equipped, had most things for a short stay. The ensuit was ok for me as i am a small person. 50kg and 5ft nothing, but if you were much bigger it would be pokey for you.....ok for a couple of nights. The washing and dryer were excellent. The building is right across from the skate park and these lights stay on till late most nights. I loved the apartment i was in and i didn't want to leave.

The rooms were clean, the view was exceptional, staff respectful. Close to everything that we required.

Never seen one staff member in my stay, had trouble with checking in and had no phone number and there was no staff available to help, the room was good just need a staff member on hand in check in and out times and for questions very odd

Clean apartment, friendly staff. Great check-in facilities which are contactless to allow late check-in. Ideal location opposite Alexandra Headlands SLSC. Nice deep pool. Apartment slightly dated but new kitchen, flooring, ensuite and main bathroom lovely fresh and clean. Enjoyed the stay would recommend

Room was clean and spacious and the hotel had everything we could ask for - tennis, mini golf, bbqs, pool, spa! The location is just a walk across the road to the beach, we will be back

Clean room, awesome view. We were on the 12th floor on the very top. Great security for entry and lifts and parking. Excellent location. Beds were comfortable. It was a nice place, you can tell it’s older but still great.

The Mandolin is situated directly opposite the Alexandra Headland Surf club. We had a front facing apartment and there is a lot of road noise, especially in the evening. Boys and their loud toys! The Surf club would start cleaning around 5am and it did not matter if it was rubbish removal or beer keg change over, it was noisy with no thought for visitors sleeping. Overall it was great as the Mandolin has great facilities for kids and adults. Pools were clean but the spa could do with a scum skim every so often. Will we stay there again? Not really sure.
