Pool and kids areas were great. The room was a bit run down with a broken sliding door, and the bedroom ceiling fan was very noisy. Great location.

our stay was great, views great ,amenities outside very good. the only thing the main bathroom did not work. there was no mention of this. The front desk person was great and he didnt know the bsthroom was not fixed. so disappointing in that regard

Stunning views from a very clean well kept apartment. Everything needed for the kitchen was supplied utensil and appliance wise.
We only stayed a short time (4days), we would definitely stay again for a much longer time. So close to many amenities, shopping, restaurants and local attractions

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights, we loved our time, was easy from the moment we booked to the moment we checked out. Kids had a great time. Nice hotel, great location.

Everything was perfect in the beginning, but in the last day the ensuite started smelling, so the main bedroom was unusable, so had to sleep in the smaller second bedroom. Same issue was mentioned in other reviews but we thought this had been fixed, but seems like still an issue. Everything else was perfect, would have been 5 stars if not for this terrible smell.

This apartment was excellent. Very spacious and clean, and beds were super comfortable. The pool was kept immaculate and was a great size with lounges available. Location was great, with shops nearby and surf club/beach directly across the road. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were all very clean, but the artificial orchid in the lounge had dirty petals. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and there was plenty of storage space in all the rooms.

A little difficulty checking in as our phones were not connecting to the internet, therefore we did not receive the checkin information - the site emails you on the morning you plan to arrive with unit # and code to get access to the unit keys. There is no front desk and it took a while to locate someone that could help us retrieve the key.
we did not have Australian phones to receive texts.
Location is nice, a walk across the road to the beach. Unit contained all the necessities for a comfortable stay including washer/drier.

Room was nice and clean, amenities were good but sugar ants were a pest. Had to throw out a few items, the rest had to be either in the fridge or in a zip lock bag. Only 1 aircon but so long as you left the doors open or was ok, luckily it wasn't too hot.

Check in was so easy and even check out with the keys at the car park roller door.
Unit was lovely, fantastic view, loved looking at the beach from bed.
Management were lovely and would see how our stay was. Have now made it a short yearly Australian day weekend stay.
