New condition, coffee machine leaking could not use. floor didn't seem totally clean, but generally clean, nice bedsheets etc were clean. broken piece wood over laundry door area, facilities ok. Foxtel, Netflix but no free to air tv. Parking extra $15 but stacker which can break down, so did not risk. Street Parking is only 1 Hour limit, so had to take a risk over the weekend, which many people did, not good at all. Staff were nice. had to let us in by appointment.

Very comfortable place to stay

The property was clean & secure. The furniture is contemporary and the bed really comfortable.

이제까지 묵었던 apartment 식 호텔 중에 제일 최고였네요. 일 층에 거실/키친 이고, 이층엔 침실/욕실이 있는 구조인데, 괜찮았어요. 야외 테라스도 있고, 세탁기/건조기 및 기타 옷 보관하기 좋게 수납공간이 있어서 가족이 가서 여러 날 묵으면 딱 좋을 것 같아요

Very modern and clean. Very well appointed Convenient for work or study at Monash University

We enquired about arranging an early checkin and this was happily accomodated. Very convenient to Monash Uni.

I stayed for eight days here in last August. They have somewhat efficient operating systems. Even, i arrived very late, they helped me to get a key. All facilities were almost brand new. In particular, washer and dryer were impressive and convenient.

Given I’d said my check in was to be about 7.30, I was a bit early and there was no one around - there was no easy way to communicate that I was earlier than expected I just had to wait until 7.40

Great location easy to find and very clean and great for kids as well

They were very hard to communicate with and rude. Needed to cancel booking because of last minute emergency and still charged me.

Apartments are clean, modern, nicely furnished. Reception was outstanding looking after my late and delayed check-in. I'd definitely stay there again.

I was staying there with a girlfriend of mine. The staff were friendly and helpful, while the property itself is new, clean and immaculate.

Everything you could need for a hassle free stay that felt like home. Beautifully presented, modern and clean property. Secure parking a bonus and extremely clever design. Would highly recommend it.
