Fantastic place but to stay, close to all shops, cafes and pubs. Ate the best pizza EVER just around the corner, super friendly staff, room was pristine. Loved the family suit and the ability to park undercover right at our front door.
Only complaint was the room smelled musty and like BO but apart from that would definitely stay again.
One happy Phillip island family 👌

It was a short stay for us three nights, and very central location at Mansfield, we had to walk around the city and that was very helpful.
The entertainment was very basic, very old TV, no streaming service available, we had to use our iPad and the mobile phone to watch the movie while we were inside our room.
The service was good as we came here during Christmas holidays, everything were closed.
The motel is not good for family with children, and it was not good for short stay. Thank you.

Room was neat and clean on arrival. Our mattress sloped towards the middle. Prefer a flat bed. I find it hard to sleep on an angle. Our room was not cleaned during our two-night stay - bins not emptied or biscuits topped up.
Great position. Heating good. Basin slow emptying in bathroom may need attention.
