You should have certain expectation that it is absolutely a motel but expansive.

It was a short stay for us three nights, and very central location at Mansfield, we had to walk around the city and that was very helpful. The entertainment was very basic, very old TV, no streaming service available, we had to use our iPad and the mobile phone to watch the movie while we were inside our room. The service was good as we came here during Christmas holidays, everything were closed. The motel is not good for family with children, and it was not good for short stay. Thank you.

The room was excellent and clean. Did not need the staff. The stay was too short to enjoy the pool.

Good bed, Whole room nice, clean and crisp

Room was neat and clean on arrival. Our mattress sloped towards the middle. Prefer a flat bed. I find it hard to sleep on an angle. Our room was not cleaned during our two-night stay - bins not emptied or biscuits topped up. Great position. Heating good. Basin slow emptying in bathroom may need attention.

Fantastic place but to stay, close to all shops, cafes and pubs. Ate the best pizza EVER just around the corner, super friendly staff, room was pristine. Loved the family suit and the ability to park undercover right at our front door. Only complaint was the room smelled musty and like BO but apart from that would definitely stay again. One happy Phillip island family 👌

Perfect for our needs and for a few days at the snow. Lovely room and great to be in the heart of town.

Great location to town centre. Good facilities (a little tired with frayed carpet and cracked toilet). The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again

A really nice place to stay.

I had a terrible experience with Masifeld Hotel. I didn’t even end up staying there because it was so disappointing. The place felt unsafe and dirty, and the overall environment was nothing like what was advertised. It was completely inconvenient, and I couldn’t believe how misleading the listing was. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this property.
