前台服务很热情，就是清洁房间很差劲，每天的床单都不换，免费的矿泉水也不是每天都给的！

Room curtain has sauce stains and ceiling has cobs web. Bathroom also has used towels hanging on hook.

Very accomodating and a pleasure to deal with

I wish there had been a sink in the kitchen area in which to fill the kettle etc. It's gross filling it from the bathroom where you wash your hands after using the toilet.

My room was not able to have the lights from outside blocked and made sleeping a bit difficult.

Staff were friendly and attentive, Room was a great size with fantastic amenities including washing machine and dishwasher.

The room and bathroom were very clean, and the room itself was spacious. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but everything was really delicious — and the free barista-made coffee was a great bonus! I highly recommend this hotel.

Das Zimmer wurde gemacht, Aber das Badezimmer wurde mit nassen Boden hinterlassen, hat einen Duschstuhl der wackelig ist! Foto kann nicht hinzugefügt werden!

Bed bugs in the room, room was musty

We had children playing and running in the hallway for hours and yelling and screaming and no supervision or parents controlling them. We were both unwell and it was disappointing.

Always amazing service and food. Always go above and beyond.

We booked this area as a rest stop after a 7 hour drive. Hotel was well equipped and helpful staff. Had difficulty at three different locations in the town ordering dinner for different reasons ie staff shortage(had to leave), served food containing nuts to a severe nut allergic person.( caught before consumed) Won"t be back to this area.
