What a wonderful staying. After having a surgery at the hospital alone. I rang to Mantra hotel, Mr Greg,general manager,who was so generous that to come to the hospital to accompany me to the hotel. Try to let me sleep better,he was so sweetie that put a wooden board under the mattress. One more remarkable thing that he arranged me a higher floor with both city and harbor view of Hobart because he knew that I was kept in a windowless room. Thank you Greg and his colleagues to let me have a wonderful staying so I can recover very well. The location of Mandra also very convenient. It is at the heart of the city. Just a minute walk to the shopping area. I strongly recommend the Mandra Collins Hotel.

There is a very nice kitchen as I stayed at the executive room. The hotel is very near the Woolworth supermarket , so I can buy everything there and cook by myself.
The location is very good , near shopping center and 7-8 mins walking to Salamanca Market.

The hotel is just a few minutes walk to Waterfront (with lots of restaurant for seadfood) and CBD area. The room is spacious and clean. The staff is nice and helpful. The check-in and check-out process are efficient.

The location is excellent, very close to the pier. Good WIFI connection in the room. Too bad the parking need to pay but ask reception to make a guest chop can help to pay less in the car park. Staff at reception is nice and helpful and even the waiter in the lobby lounge is very polite too.

The staff were helpful, not far from shops or water front, quiet area and parking right next door at a discounted rate, rooms were lovely, breakfast was great in the downstairs café. The only downfall was the tiny lounge that was made for two but not big enough to lie down on. Could have gotten rid off the large desk to make room for a bigger lounge. Also not much free to air to choose from on the TV. Everything else great.
