房間很大。ㄧ進房就有音樂播放。ㄧ切都很舒適。

地點方便，附近餐廳和購物中心很多，離車站也很近，清潔度還不錯但是細節稍差，馬桶較舊

交通方便,乘免費電車已能到達大部分市中心的地方。房間整潔，當天下午一時已經能入住房間，check out 則可延至12:00,能方便住客。

Near the free tram station. Kitchen is not big but useful for cooking. Have a nice experience in Mantra

酒店房间宽敞，设施齐备，床垫和床上用品舒适，前台服务人员热情，位置很好，十分钟之内可以走到南十字星火车站，维妈市场，Mayer等大商场; 缺点就是房间略陈旧，地毯地板需要翻新，房间空调不能自行调节。

This is an absolutely the wise choice. Good location with less than 10 mins walk to the shopping area and supermarket (Coles). The room is nice with good coffee machine, finge, and kitchen amenities. Nice street view with opposite the supreme court. Convenience location within 10 mins to shopping area and supermarket.

飯店位置離Freezone站很近,交通方便,靠法院較安靜 員工nice,遇到問題會馬上協助解決 房間寬敞,有廚房可以自己煮,非常方便,有在家的感覺

I love the open kitchen. We cooked when we stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The hardwares in kitchen are well equipped. There was no strong smell on he other day after cooking. Quite enjoy family day with this hotel. Will come back when I visit Melbourne again.

失望，房間好像很久沒有人入住，沒有人打掃，一揭起張被䴤就飛起，枕頭，床單情況一樣，床單上還發玩數條粗幼不一的毛髮，噁心！感覺很不舒服

Bad experience. The toilet of the room broked before we checked in. As we only stay one night, we didn't ask them to change the room. When we checked out, we told the front desk the problem. But the ridiculous thing was they charged me $150 later and informed me that was because the damage caused by the bad toilet! Can't believe how they could shift the blame onto us. Will never recommend the hotel to others.

住宿的地理条件很不错，就是离主街还是有点远，大概要走过4个街口，但是好在附近买东西吃饭逛街特别的方便，属于闹中取静的好地点，房间条件也很好，唯一的缺点就是这么贵的酒店竟然不提供免费wifi，这是我很不满意的一点，所以本来的五星变四星了！！

虽然对于酒店整体有些小失望,厕所和睡床是两个极端。去到厕所需要经过客厅和小厨房,对于这点表示有些不方便。整体来说感觉像三星的酒店,但是离CHINA TOWN非常近,步行可到。

剛好遇到留下餐廳在整修，所以一進大門就經歷了巨大噪音的洗禮，不過CHECK-IN 進入房間後，感覺房間相當寬敞，不過廚房有點太簡陋，床很舒適，浴室也很好睡，如果價位合理，下次一定還會在入住此飯店。

Great customer service. The person at the front desk was cheerful and happy to serve the endless enquiries from different customers with a smile. Rooms quite spacious and clean.
