Location is good but however no parking lot is available even I was booked 6 months in advance!

Convenient location, comfortable stay. The only thing to say is the oven at kitchen is not being cleaned in prior to our stay. Everything else was nice and tidy.

Friendly Staff and Good Location, 5mins walk to Salamanca Market on Saturday.

the apartment is very spacious. Got a very well equipped kitchen and big living room. The apartment is also super close to the Salamanca Saturday Market, just like 1 min walk away. They have private car park too. One down thing is, they dont have any reception or services after certain working hours. My TV was broken/no reception, and every night when I am back to my apartment, it was too late to ask anyone to fix it. Also, one of the room we stayed in, it was obviously for disabled traveler. It is great that they accommodate people with wheel chair and walking difficulties.. I am very happy with my stay and I would recommend this apartment to others, esp travelling in group/family.

Need to pay for daily cleaning service - It is not stated in Expedia. I complaint about this with the Hotel Manager by their hotline and she wrote me email to ensure that daily cleaning service will be provided for the rest of my stay, however, they did not manage to keep their promise and only gave me one more day of cleaning services instead of two.When we call them again, they just told me that the cleaner is off, no one can help. The services are not efficient - The working hour of the reception counter is way too short that it causes a lot of inconvenience for us, like we cannot ask for help to fix our shower head when we went back to the hotel at late afternoon, and no one can help fixing or change another kettle for our broken one. Every problem can only be addressed on next day, it is terrible to a tourist with 3-4 day holidays in Hobart. While we are paying AUD 420 per night for three nights. The services are not up to standard, but the amount of money they charged us equals to the amount of fee we pay for four or five star hotel, even WIFI is charged which I found really unacceptable.

Good location but there have a different entry depends on which block you're live. There have a bit inconvenience on this. Otherwise so far quite good.

Very close to Salamanca market. Room is huge. It's double the size of an average hotel room. With all the kitcheneries and amenities you can think of. Very convenient. It is a very comfortable stay. The only thing is that it is an apartment, not a hotel, so it is self-serviced style.

Not good as i thought. I booked the hotel from Hotel.com and they said i will have a free wi-fi so that why i chosen this Hotel. When i checked in, the staff told me that i have to pay AU$10 per day. No one clean the room if you stay less than 7 days and we have to get the toilet paper and coffee by ourselves from the lobby. The bed got the yellow stain, dirty pillow case.

As an unexpected opportunity had arisen, I booked at the last minute, and this was a last resort. The bed was fine. The room was quite outdated, not good value at all. The entrance door jammed on the carpet, and was TRULY difficult to manoeuvre. Would be dangerous in an emergency. There was one window in the entire unit, on the wall at the opposite end of the unit, to the entrance. There was no working USB port. Overall a dark dismal environment.

Great location. Easy walk to everything important. Access is a little weird, you access the elevator through the carpark? But otherwise the rooms are big and spacious. Staff were wonderful.

Excellent location for town and waterfront, just a stroll through the park to reach Salamanca market and very quiet room. Would definitely recommend

Mantra is my go-to when in Hobart. A warm welcome at reception. Rooms are large well-appointed and most of all it's quiet.
