Very tired, needs a facelift. Room smelt very mouldy, toilets didn’t flush, phone didn’t work

Valet parking was excellent and worth the cost

Good Location, nice staff, facilities and rooms are getting tired and in need of a bit of an upgrade

Shower head was not great, hard to have a shower without getting hair wet. water going everywhere.

Super convenient location. Disappointed re cleanliness of room- lots of dust in corners

Would not stay again. Room had a damp and mouldy odour. Toilet was leaking onto tiles and the shower had visible mould. Even with air conditioner on for full period of stay the room felt humid and damp - clothes felt wet to the touch Positives : staff were lovely and the location was great for event at exhibition centre. Lots of eating options nearby

Staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Room was quiet and well keep clean and tidy. Close to restaurants and walking distance to everything for our conference time in Brisbane

Perfect for a few nights in Brisbane. Room was spacious and well equipped.

Room was exactly as expected - comfortable, spacious and clean. Hallways need some attention for repairs and cleaning. Hotel facilities are very good and the location is fantastic. Our room was right next to the train track but we couldn’t hear it at all. Based on the overall value, we would stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Mantra Southbank, the girls at reception were just delightful, more than happy to answer any questions & didn’t get frazzled when it got busy. The guy in the bar with the ‘Irish’ accent was very good at his job. We will return again!

Conveniently located. Short walking distance to Southbank eateries, the lagoon for swimming, QPAC, and ferries.

We arrived late after being at the Brisbane International tennis. Check in was difficult and not friendly. Had to drive around the block once to park our car outside. Couldnt contact hotel quickly. I had my elderly mum with me who needs a walker to walk. I wanted this to be a nice experience for her as she is from the country. When we finally got to our room. A large part of the tv cabinet was lyingon the floor. There was no jug in the room for me to make a cup of tea for my elderly after a busy day. Had to ring reception. An hour later as I was unpacking my bag. I found rubbish lying under the outer part of under the bed. A childs hairband, plastic wrapper, 1.5 ltr coke bottle, glow stick and an unused cigarette. I had to contact reception again! After that we were worried about the cleanlinessof thhe room. We wanted to change room but unfortunately they were fully booked. We received a free breakfast but unfortunately my food was very dry had to ask for balsamic vinegar to enhance the flavour. We travel a lot and stay in nice places. Really disappointedwith this stay especiallywhen I had my mum with me. Great location though, easy access to beautiful Southbank and lovely restaurants. Reception staff on the Saturday morning were more friendly. Regards Rhonda

I’ve stayed here a couple of times and it’s great value and a great place to stay

Great location, lovely helpful staff, great valet parking, nice tea selection in room, but no little biscuits, gee even the hotel/motels in the outback give you a biscuit, bed quite hard, glad only stayed one night, no pen & note pad either, sign of the times I guess Can hear traffic we were on second floor Nice quiet AC which was nice Would stay again for weekend
