Good location and lovely hotel, but parking is a huge issue. Unable to stop outside the hotel to drop bags so we had to carry everything a good 15 min walk from the car park. Expensive parking fee as well.

Always convenient. Was cold in bedroom as air conditioning in that room wasn’t blowing warm air. Staff helped by bringing up a heater.

the bed was hard and uncomfortable pillows soft. whole hotels is showing its age and needs an upgrade. the cafe was very ordinary . Our breakfast took nearly an hour to arrive and was poor quality. Coffee was aweful.
the ventilation in the room was so loud and kept us awake.
