1. No tooth brush provided; 2. Body wash is not in place in the room and customers need to request it at reception; 3. No daily room cleaning service; 4. Customers need to replace towels at reception 5. A weird thing has been found in the fridge with weird smell; 6. Air conditioner with noise; 7. The tea bag container is dirty; 8. Low variety of choices for breakfast buffet To my disappointment, it is more like an serviced apartment rather than a "4 stars" hotel or resort.

Pleasantly surprised that the property had 2 pickleball courts. Especially as we were going up there for a Pickleball tournament

Was in a great location loved that the light rail was right outside and we were only 1 block from beach.

I liked the unique aesthetic (Aztec design) and the terrific pools even tho we didn't get to use them this time.

It was very noisy with road works and construction going on till 11.30pm sunday night . How can a council allow that happening and the mantra should have notified guests. Alsi $20 extra a day for parking a car is disgusting when you pay more than enough for the room. I will never be back.

The hotel is beautiful, with great pools and spa and tennis courts. We had an ocean view room which was very spacious with beautiful furniture and very comfy bed. Only 1 minute walk to the beach and esplanade and 10 walk to Cavill ave. Can highly recommend this hotel.

3 bedroom accommodation had so much space and unreal views. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Great location, right by a tram stop giving easy access to theme parks. Highly recommend!

Everything was amazing

Huge apartment, clean great sea view, comfy bed and pillows, tram at back gate was so good when getting back to hotel after a long day. The two spas and indoor pool were fantastic, big outdoor lagoon pool looked beautiful but we didnt swim in it as to cold this time of year. The one and only small negative, which is probably out of mantras control, is some one smoking on our floor (16th) strong smell in the evenings ( only in hallway ) in the morning the hallway had always been sprayed with a air freshener of sorts. Apart from that , we loved our stay .
