overall, everything was good

房間設有廚房，方便煮食，佳。 樓下有超市，方便購買食材，好。 房間大，但設施大小奇怪，例如廚房洗手盤異常地小，差。

The service is good, staffs are nice and friendly, very helpful. The apartment is bigger than I expect. Utensils are well. A big supermarket is just next to the apartment, great variety of food. Beef is perfect.

比鄰南澳大學，去市區也方便，火車站就在附近，樓下有大超市Woolworth,可買食材會房間煮...

第一晚比左間極差嘅房間比我，沒有wifi，洗手間門，窗簾，水喉，櫃門全都壞及爛，仲有曱甴，由於當晚我好夜凌晨才入住，所以是旦住了1晚，這個房間2星都比多！到第2天中午要求換房才換了正常及跟訂房時形容相似的房間。我是訂7天，還要補千多元差額，所以今次體驗比較差！

The room is spacious and everything looks new. Necessary electrical appliances and full set of tableware are provided. Not much choice of food is provided in breakfast buffet, but the quality is good, especially the mushroom. The only dissatisfaction is we need to pay extra 30 Australia dollars per night for the folding bed which was not told when we book on line.

環境清靜，門口就是停車場，樓下就是超市及商場，酒店職員服務非常好，房間大及清潔，值得推介。 另外有一見議，如多一個厠所更佳

In Adelaide the hottest time air conditioning is broken, come back at night and found the room not clean.

第二次入住,好的是客廳及房間寬趟,2台冷氣机足夠,免費Wi-Fi,地點附近有足夠餐廳及大型超巿,但酒店員工表現一般,未見熱誠,housekeeping員工於星期日及假期沒有服務或須另收清潔費用,上次已覺地毡及木地板清潔麻麻,今次更甚,只一天睡拖鞋底已呈灰黑色,浴室毛巾部份變舊仍繼續供使用,另人噁心,最擔心是保安未見嚴緊,24小時進出大門常開又沒有人員巡視或看守,有得揀,不再考慮.

Expected having Wifi in room but there was no wifi and the internet socket inside apartment was not working at all!

Our third time staying at Mawson Lakes Hotel and we stayed over in the Central Apartments in a 2 bedroom. Rooms seemed to have been slightly upgraded since we were there last year; particularly new carpet. Room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for the week stay. Check in was quick and easy and parking was not a problem. Only hiccup we had was that when we arrived the 'main' bedroom was two singles and the second bedroom was a double but we fixed that ourselves but had to specify with housekeeping on the third day that we'd like king specific linen. We also had trouble understanding how to cast to the TV but weren't in the room enough for it to be a problem, or for us to bother contacting reception for assistance. Highly recommend and will be back when needed.

Excellent loved it

Excellent staff and a smooth check-in experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with good cooking facilities. Free parking was a big plus. The location is very convenient, close to all amenities and the CBD, making everything easily accessible.

Staff fine, helpful. The current bed size makes the room feel cramped. Physical space makes difficult to move freely. I placed pillows at each corner to prevent hitting myself after a mishap x1 with a small laceration, bone bruise. I treated self well. Would have been good to access U tube etc. Other accommodation sites have a simple process. Instructions were difficult 4 me 2 understand so reading a book was a bonus. Free parking great 👍 Thankyou

The overall room was nice however there should be a notice for having one sofa bed instead of a proper bed, especially for travelling families. Additionally, there was a lot of dust and dirt in the washing machine, so it needed to be cleaned before it was usable.

Apartment room was nice, staff were friendly. TV is small. Also I was given a room with accessible toilet without being asked. Didn’t appreciate that.
