NO HEATING! Spent one very cold night in Room 1 with my kids. Unsealed doors and windows with Cold air entering the room. Uncomfortable beds with thin pillows and no extras for use. Shower was ok. A lot of work here to be done to justify spending any money for visitors to stay. Wouldn’t recommend

Aged and needing upgrade, but still comfortable. Next to the highway so a bit noisy. Restaurant bext door great.

Clean Room. Nice and quiet. Would stay again.

This is one of the dirtiest of motels I’ve stayed at’ lots of road noise also! Couldnt wait to get out of there this morning 6.45am! Pit the bath mat in the shower to stand on as it was so bad!

Place needs an upgrade, stains on furniture, mould in shower, holes in walls, broken blinds would not recommend this place look else where

light bulbs missing on some lights, carpet had stains, toilet bowl leaking at back. Microwave and other utensils were clean . Bed clean and comfortable. This is an old motel and could do with an update.

When we got to reception it was locked. Rang the number on door and it rang out 3 times. Then had to ring the number on net to get a response. Took 15 minutes to get attention. Beds were poorly made. Won’t stay there again

For the price and convenience this was exactly what we needed. Property needs some repairs though - the toilet had a leak in it and just generally looks and feels a bit old needing love. Was fine for our needs though.

Although spacious, the fire alert on the ceiling was taped on, there was unsightly stains in the shower alcove, marks on the bathroom door with a dodgy handle, hair oil stains on the couch, mixed match linen and a musty smell in the room.

Room smells of stale smoke and is in desperate need of an upgrade with stains and marks on surfaces, shower faucets that look like Homer Simpson installed them and some lights without switches to work them.

Upgrade poorly done, smokers outside our room. Could not turn off subtitles on tv. Not entirely clean. Bed very comfortable.

Property was convenient to event attended. Property could do with some maintenance, upkeep. Overall happy with the stay.

Large room, price is good but buildings, fittings, furnishings looking a little tired

Rooms and general area including driveway are in need of repair. It was central to what we needed but it is definitely showing its age. But overall I would stay there again

You get what you pay for, no complaints as we booked last minute on a weekend. It’s one of the best priced accommodations if you’re travelling through Melbourne.
