房間沒有空調，乾衣機壞，床頭柜積塵

Good location in the city. Service is good and concerning. When we arrived in the morning and was tired, the housekeeper let us staying in the apartment

This hotel is really old that we got suprised when we saw the model of the air-con. U can always find some hints at the conrner of furnitures while the room seemed to look good overall. What suprised us more was that NO free wifi was provided. The location is excellent though.

Good value for money. Excellent position to Atheneum theatre. Unlikely to cook in apartment as the cooking pans and utensils were old and dirty.

난방이 하나도 안돼서 추위에 떨면서 지내야했고, 프론트는 특정시간만 운영하는데 운영시간조차도 직원이 부재중이라 체크아웃도 제대로 못했다. 호텔이라고 하는데 청소 등 호텔서비스는 하나도 제공되지 않았고, 쇼파, 의자등 시설들은 더러웠다

Tv didn’t work only channel 7, cleanliness of apartment wasn’t the best. No option to park except public parking which was expensive

Lovely two bedroom apartment, very clean and spacious. Central to everything in the city with a tram stop right outside. The only fault? Not sure why an apartment, with sleeping for four adults, would only have one small 2 seater couch, perhaps the other one was being replaced? There was certainly room for another.

Paid for a 2 bedroom apartment with king and queen size beds. There was no king bed and I was informed that was due to the advertising on the booking website. I initially needed both beds but one of my companions did not accompany us so it was just myself and my partner (no cancellation available). I was offered a one bedroom with a king, but my partner had already laid out preparations for the evening so it was declined. I didn’t have my measuring tape but beds felt like doubles only. This resulted in my partner and I sleeping in separate beds as I’m 6ft 3 and need a bigger bed. Staff are entitled to breaks, but having reception on a meal break at 2pm (check in time) seems a little wrong. And in the morning, there were at least 6 people wanting to enter the building with reception not staffed and the door locked. All in all, decent space but will look elsewhere.

The hotel is conveniently located or everything we wanted. The girl on reception was brilliant, she really made us feel welcome

The location is great right in the down town. Parking is a little bit problem.

Comfortable, friendly, central, close to transport had a washing machine and drier which was handy.

Poor hotel took my money and gave me nothing in returned because i cancelled. Don’t stay there they will rip you off

Friendly staff. Great location.

Our room was extremely spacious for the 6 of us. It was very clean and had a fabulous view of the city. It was close to everything that we needed and the trams were right out front. It was a little odd walking across the road and entering our room through a shopping centre and using a couple of lifts but the room was worth it. The only thing that we had an issue with was that the heating was only blowing out cold air. After ringing the man on the front desk (who was great), he confirmed that it was not working properly so he then gave us extra heaters and extra blankets which we used for the 2 nights we stayed.
