The room was way too small compared to what you paid for.

The good was the location and promptness of the service. I also enjoyed the free movies on offer which was a bonus. The negatives were the lottery of the parking facilities and tight shower and one small gripe with the cafe which was supposed to be open until 9.00pm but when i went down to get a coffee at 8.30pm it was closed. Not good form especially on a Saturday night. Overall, a very good stay

Great location, staying with a floor above us we found it noisy. Stomping and banging from the floor above. Noticed at breakfast there where alot of young children with parents. Maybe just unfortunate to have restless children above us. Ask for a Level 3 room to avoid the noise ( nothing above your room) just need to deal with left or right side same level.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well presented. Cool art around and good locatiom

The room, although very small was extremely clean. Our room faced Lucan Ave and the traffic noise was loud in the mornings. The blind let a lot of light in when the sun came up which was a bit frustrating. All staff members were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was very good and my husband and I enjoyed it very much. Location was very good as we were able to walk to the different areas in which we were interested.

Room was small. View was to carpark and bins, a herd of elephants was jumpong ip amd dowm at 3.30 pm, a car alarm was going off, the shsmpoo dispenser didnt work, and was mointed at a height that it would have squirted into my eyes if it had. Toolet seat was too small for dunny and had to remove toilet roll to fot on it parking noom gate wouldnt let me out but staff were lovely

Room & bathroom was small but well set up. Everything was clean & bed was very comfortable. Not happy with booking arrangement. I booked with Wotif & elected to pay on arrival. Clerk said that I had booked with Hotel Expedia & paid in advance. Demanded a reversal as my partner wanted to pay.

Staff were wonderful, very helpful. Rooms were well soundproofed & very clean. Only downside is the rooms were a bit on the small size.

Small pokey room, blackout curtains that don't blackout. Leaking toilet. Noisy early morning traffic. Maintenance guy knocking on the door at 9am wanting to fix the leaking toilet. Wouldn't go back.

When booking a "Mercure" I expect a certain standard, This motel should be branded "Ibis Budget" rooms are tiny due to being old nursing quarters.
