When booking a "Mercure" I expect a certain standard, This motel should be branded "Ibis Budget" rooms are tiny due to being old nursing quarters.

Always a great stay, five stars for every aspect of the experience.

Customer service at front desk was exceptionally friendly.

Appreciated onsite electric vehicle recharger. Proximity to lake for evening stroll. Apartment seemed very new. In some ways it was more than adequate for a couple — two (!) ensuites, two (!) kitchenettes. Two entrances. But a comfortable couch in the living area would have been greatly appreciated. Or at least comfortable armchairs — the ones provided were too hard to relax in. The dinner menu in the onsite restaurant was very restricted, and no cafes/restsurants close by.

Mercure in Bendigo is clean and affordable the staff at reception are amazing Rick is so welcoming and hospitable The room was small but the bed was lovely We had a great time The only thing I wish it had and I knew it didn’t have is a pool

Great facility. Only issue was the bed seemed short in length. I’m only 176cm but my toes hung over the end.

The fridge still had previous persons leftovers in the Fridge. Even after it was brought to the staff's attendtion it was not removed. Coffee and milk not replenished each day

Nice hotel & clean rooms

Clean room with all amenities required, staff were amazingly pleasant. had a bad experience at a hotel earlier in the week so to be welcomed and have such clean and neat amenities was the blessing i needed.

You can open door for fresh air.

Easy to find, helpful, friendly staff, nice clean rooms.
